Our little slice of paradise, Casa Jackson, is located in the charming village of Carvoeiro in the Algarve region of Portugal. Our love for this beautiful part of the world started over 20 years ago when a friend, who owned a villa in Carvoeiro, introduced us to this beautiful part of Portugal. We immediately fell in love with Carvoeiro and the villa lifestyle, and have been returning every year since, making cherished memories with our three children, family and friends. We understand that guests have high expectations, so we take great care to ensure that our property is impeccably clean, cosy, & comfortable. After many years of renting villas for our holidays, we decided to take the plunge and purchase our own – although very nervous about it all - it was a dream come true when we finally got the keys and spent many months renovating our holiday home, and we haven’t regretted a single minute – in fact it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Situated in the Algarve region of Portugal, Carvoeiro is an excellent holiday location for people seeking a calm and serene holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The town is famous for its stunning award-winning beaches, charming fishing village, and rocky cliffs and deep caves. Carvoeiro has a variety of attractions, including several breath-taking beaches nearby such as Praia do Carvoeiro, Praia do Paraiso, and Praia da Marinha. The town also offers a diverse range of dining options, including both traditional Portuguese and global cuisine, from upscale Michelin-starred restaurants to cosy eateries, coffee shops and bars. It is home to various landmarks and attractions, such as the Algar Seco natural rock formation, the Carvoeiro Boardwalk, and the Nossa Senhora da Encarnação Church. Additionally, there are many golf courses within a short drive drive, making it a golfer's paradise. Slide & Splash, the best waterpark in the Algarve, is just a 10-minute drive away, while Zoomarine, is around 20 minutes away - a fantastic marine theme park with dolphins and seals, pirate shows, water slides, wave pools, funfair, and even a beach, a great family-friendly attraction for people of all ages. Autódromo Internacional, one of the most modern and best racing circuits in Europe, is located in Portimao, around 25 minutes drive.
