This apartment, located on the commercial Calle San Eloy, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (5 beds) and is the perfect accommodation for any family. It has a 30 m² interior patio exclusively for this apartment and an equipped kitchen. It is located on the 1st floor of the building and has 2 balconies on Calle San Eloy. The bedrooms open onto the patio so they are very quiet

Located in the historic center of Seville, the city's monuments are a 7-minute walk away. The street where it is located is pedestrian and commercial, so you will enjoy the proximity to make purchases during the day and the tranquility of the absence of vehicles and noise at night. We have included a car park to our offer. This service is free, so a refund cannot be offered if it is not used.





APARTMENT:

We have prepared this apartment for families and for groups that need an apartment with more rooms. It also has two full bathrooms for greater comfort. It is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. Finally we have added a car park to our offer. This service is free, so a refund cannot be offered if it is not used.

The apartment has a large interior patio for the exclusive use of this apartment where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch with privacy but outside. The rooms are oriented towards this large patio, so they are very quiet. The living room and dining room face the street and have two balconies with large windows through which wonderful light enters. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: 3 facing the patio and the fourth facing the building's façade. The 4 bedrooms have 6 beds, two doubles and 4 singles.The living room is divided into two spaces: The dining area and the TV area. The dining room is prepared for eight diners at a comfortable and spacious table. The TV area has a sofa. In the large patio there are tables and chairs for 8 people and it is an ideal place to talk and chat with family and friends.

The apartment also has a large entrance hall, where you can leave your shoes, coats, backpacks, etc., and thus be able to maintain order during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood, large refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Everything you may need to cook for a group of up to 6 people. Two complete bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the rooms of the apartment and allow greater comfort when preparing to visit the city. We also have a washing machine and two areas where you can hang out, one indoors for rainy days and another outside in our patio.

The building is located in a very quiet and safe pedestrian street at night, although during the day it is very lively, with some restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. Everything is at hand.



SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

One of the attractions of this apartment is the private patio that it has inside. We have installed a table and chairs so that you can use the patio to eat or be with family and friends. The patio is for the EXCLUSIVE use of our guests, so you will not share it with anyone

The apartment has unlimited fiber WIFI at a speed of 100Mb. The router is located under the desk table. So if you need a stable Ethernet connection for work reasons, you can connect directly to the router.

We have air conditioning hot / cold in the dining room / living room and in each of the bedrooms. It is independent in each zone so that each user could program the temperature that suits them best.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We will leave it in the cabinets of the rooms. The wardrobes are spacious and you can leave your clothes in them. Bathrooms have toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. Also hair dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire property and will have two sets of keys during their stay. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

We will do everything possible to make your stay in Seville wonderful. Our team will be available for any need you have, both in the apartment and on your visit to the city. We want to be your family in Seville

Upon your arrival, a member of our key delivery team will be waiting for you to open the apartment, explain the operation of everything, collect the data for the admission registration and give you many tips about the monuments of the city, the best restaurants and any questions you may have (public transport, shops, supermarkets, flamenco, etc)

We are going to ask you a small favor: if during your stay there is something that does not work correctly, let us know, and we can certainly fix it.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

We do not have any problem that you arrive later than 22:00, but if you arrive after 22:00 you should bear in mind that there is a small surcharge of € 20.00 that must be paid in cash on arrival to our staff at reception.

With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and with the tourist regulations of Andalusia, we have decided, in order to guarantee the rights of our guests, to sign a lease agreement where the conditions of your stay are collected (price, hours of entry and departure, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this announcement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and guests according to tourist regulations. We will be happy to send you a copy by email before your arrival if you request it.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Calle San Eloy is and always has been a very commercial pedestrian street in Seville. The street breathes life during business hours and the bars and restaurants on this street are among the most traditional in the city, such as the famous San Eloy patio or the San Eloy cupboard. However, both the shops and the bars and restaurants are not noisy, as it is not about bars or discos, just places to eat or dine. The street is pedestrian. There are many clothing stores and a supermarket on Calle San Eloy and nearby, which is open every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (including Sundays)

You can find fashion stores, logaries where to have breakfast (bakeries), ice cream parlors, rice takeaways, supermarkets, etc. All you need.

Very close to Calle San Eloy is the Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, where public buses arrive. There they can take bus 32 that takes them directly to the Santa Justa train station and from there to the airport taking the EA bus.

ADDRESSES

The most important monuments of the city are located at a distance of 15 minutes on foot. However, for those who prefer to use public transport, just 100 meters away, in the Plaza del Duque, there is a bus stop C5 that connects the building with all the monuments of the city (Casa Pilatos, Iglesia del Salvador, Cathedral and Giralda, Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, Torre del Oro, Palacio San Telmo, Plaza de España, Alcázar, Museum of Fine Arts, Alameda de Hércules, Calle Feria Market, Church of San Luis de los Franceses and Metropol Parasol)

There are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity, such as the 'SABA plaza de la concordia' car park or 'Magdalena car park' or 'Plaza Nueva car park'. The latter is the cheapest, around € 19.00 per day. I also recommend the Arenal car park, where you can reserve your place at www.parkinglibre.com.

From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you should take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person per trip and the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the same bus.

At the Santa Justa train station you should get off and look for the bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters to the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The rate is € 1.40 for each person. The bus driver can buy the ticket. You must get off at the last stop located in the Plaza del Duque and walk about 3 minutes along Calle Silencio until you reach Calle San Eloy 25. You have a photo of the building's facade in the advertisement.

The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is an established fee for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday € 22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays € 24.5. Supplements may be charged for suitcases, although this is not usual).

We have recently reached an agreement with a transport service to be able to offer an airport pick up service. The driver would be waiting at the arrivals gate of the Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows what the apartment is and would notify us when you have arrived so that we are waiting at the door of the apartment. We just need to know the flight number, landing time and the first and last name of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€ 30 for a 4-passenger transfer and € 60.00 for a minivan transfer for up to 6 passengers) but somewhat more comfortable. If you want I can reserve it for you.

Sevillespectacular!

Great location, quiet even though we were on a busy street, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking implements. There were only two couples but there was room for 2 more couples. We hope to return next year and stay longer!

Amazing location, great apartment for families.

We stayed in this apartment in December with a family five. This was very spacious and clean apartment. It’s located in the phenomenal location. 23 minutes to several grocery stores and tons of shopping. The parking was provided, but it was extremely challenging to get in and out with a car. I would highly suggest this place to anyone.

I LOVE THIS APARTMENT/LOCATION! From the moment we chose it in Pennsylvania, US the whole process was effortless. When we arrived we were astounded at how beautiful, spacious, clean this VRBO was. Great city

We were a group of 7 adults and the apartment and location was great. Driving in from Portugal in a 9 passenger van was a challenge but we managed to park at the bus/train station and walk to the apartment. There is no way we would have been able to park the van in the parking spot provided (knew this ahead of time from owner) and even the parking garage closer was not an option as we were too high for it. The check-in was a bit confusing but was able to sort it out quickly through WhatsApp with the manager. Location was fantastic and Seville was easy to explore from the apartment.

Seville Stay

Apartment was extremely clean and accommodating. Property manager was extremely patient and helpful. I would say that you need to give better instructions on checking in. Tell people they must check into the apartment before they can park or park at a parking garage until you check in since the street the apartment is in is a walking only street except for people residing there. The location is perfect for visiting the Cathedral and Alcazar!!!

Tiene aparcamiento, para llegar es algo complicado porque es zona peatonal, no es muy complicado meter el coche al parking. Estaba todo muy muy limpio, la atención fue muy buena. Hay secador, gel y champú.
