ベッドルームは3つ（メインのベッドルームには200 x 200 cmのベッドとドレッシングルームがあり、もう2つには90 cmのベッドが2つあります）と3つのフルバスルーム（1つはマスターベッドルームに組み込まれています）。 さらに、リビングルームには、一度開くと200x160の大きなソファベッドがあります。

Javier was such a consummate host that I knew we were going to be very pleased with his accommodations before we even stayed there. We'd exchanged several messages in the weeks prior to our stay and Javier was so kind to arrange transfers for us, and a day trip to Granada with a very reputable local Chauffeur company. When we arrived at the apartment, Javier greeted us and took the time to sit down with us to give us an overview of the area, local attractions, restaurants and of course a tour of his beautiful apartment. The accommodation can best be described as a home away from home. All needs were considered; the kitchen was so well equipped (even though we didn't use it that much) and having 3 bathrooms for our party of 5 was a huge bonus! The living room has beautiful doors that open to a quiet street lined with orange trees (that were in season when we stayed in Dec). The bedrooms/bathrooms are well appointed and there were extra towels available for use! We had one member of our party that was mobility challenged and there was a fast well-functioning elevator that they could use. The location is truly central, and everything was within a short easy walk of the apartment. There are a multitude of excellent Tapas bars and restaurants in the area making it convenient for dining out. I can't say enough good things about the apartment and the welcome we received from Javier, and the amazing care he took of our every need. We can't wait to return to Seville.

This could not have worked better for us, beginning with the thorough and loving introduction Javier gave us to his city. The apt is perfectly located, nearby coffee/pastry shop to start the day and grocery store for any needs & easy walks to sights. The apt has an easy, comfortable layout & is supplied with everything one could need. An extra benefit is a working washing machine with decipherable choices! (No drier but there are lots of racks & clothes dried overnight. Javier is a truly exceptional host, responsive by return text beforehand & incredibly helpful once we met him. If I were to return to Sevilla (which I probably won't since I am 83), we would definitely stay here & will recommend friends to do so.

Exceptional apartment!

Loved everything about our Seville stay. High global travel - mostly 5 star luxury hotels and resorts. Always a bit worried about VRBO … this apartment exceeded every expectation. Location is a quiet tree street with walking traffic only - but CLOSE to everything. Apartment itself is clean, well maintained. The secret is the host, Javier. He is above and beyond in every way. Great communication, easy check-in and a wealth of recommendations for restaurants and other details. Parking under the apartment and elevator for luggage. Thank you Javier - we look forward to a future stay!!

The best place yet!

Javier’s home is clean and beautiful. Everything you need is here and the location is perfect. Javier was gracious enough to wait for us to get in very late but took the time to explain locations of interest and recommendations for the city. He is very communicative and easy to contact. Perfect stay

This is a lovely and very clean apartment in a great location. It is away from the very busy area around the cathedral and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Fabulous well-located apartment in Sevilla

Our family of 5 stayed at Javier's beautiful, recently renovated apartment for 4 nights and it was *the best* VRBO experience we have ever had over the past 10+ years. The apartment is lovely and has 3 spacious bedrooms (the master suite is huge!) and a very rare 3 full bathrooms in Spain and even private parking. It reached 106 degrees Farenheit one day during our trip and we were so grateful for the apartment's 2 separate A/C units. The large and well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily. Aside from the apartment which is optimally located for seeing all the major touristic sites, Javier is an extremely gracious, flexible and enthusiastic host who really loves his city and is knowledgeable about the best places, times, etc. to see and do everything. After a long journey from Madrid, he got us and our tired teenagers excited about the city and all it has to offer. I would highly recommend this home for any families traveling to Sevilla.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location!

This apartment is just lovely, very clean, spacious and so well equipped. It’s in the ideal location to visit Seville. Shops, restaurants and attractions walking distance, a supermarket just steps away. Javier the owner is a superb host, he met us at the property to show us around, and has an abundance of knowledge and details to help make your trip a good one. He even arranged our transport back to the airport on the day we left. He was so helpful and really helped to make the experience in Seville as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you are thinking of booking this apartment then do not hesitate!

The accommodations were very clean and spacious. Javier spent time with us when we arrived to explain the different things to see and do in the area. The location is fantastic, central to everything. You can park your car and walk to many sights and restaurants in the area. All of us, 6 mature adults, were very happy with our choice of accommodations

If this place is available, book it

This apartment is so comfortable we felt like we were at home. The location is great-lots of restaurants in the area, a supermarket half a block away, and easy walking to the Cathedral area. Parking in the garage was perfect. The communication with Javier was outstanding. We have rented numerous apartments in Europe and this was one of the best. If I could give Javier and the apartment 10 stars I would.

Our stay at this property couldn't have been better. Fantastic location as most of the desired tourist attractions were within walking distance. The property was as listed, plenty of room (we were a party of 6), clean and well equipped. The owner , Javier, was exceptional as he met us at the apartment to explain all the features pf the apartment as well as give us many suggestions related to the city. He had extensive info printed out regarding anything you might want to know about the city. I would highly recommend this rental !

Lovely Apartment in a Central Location

As first time visitors to Seville, Javier’s apartment was ideal. We booked it after reading all the positive reviews and as it provided us with an extra bathroom and bedroom. Javier is an incredible host - so welcoming and has collated so much information about Seville, sight seeing, shopping and dining which we really appreciated. Initially with no previous experience of Seville we didn’t appreciate how perfect Javier’s Apartment’s location was to the Bus Station, Supermarkets and Shops, Restaurants and so many attractions - but still in a quiet area. The apartment was spacious and very clean and was a joy to go back to and chill in after a day of sightseeing and before going out for evening meals. We knew that if there was a query we could very easily contact Javier. We would be very happy to encourage any friend to book Javier’s apartment.
