- The flat is located in the Triana area, in the historic centre, next to Vegueta, where you can enjoy its bars, restaurants and museums.
- Next to the Pérez Galdós Theatre
- A few metres away from the most representative historical buildings of the city: Santa Ana Cathedral, Casa de Colón, the Literary Cabinet, etc.
- You have all the necessary services around the accommodation (chemist's, supermarket, cash dispenser, petrol station, etc.).
- Paid parking nearby
- The area has very good public transport connections, you will find the bus station only 750 m away. Very useful for sightseeing all over the island
- A getaway to relax and enjoy city life.
