The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, woodburning stove and Bluetooth radio. There is also a double bedroom, and a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, and lakeside views, along with off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note: this is a smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles. Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dragonfly is a wonderful dwelling for exploring Warwickshire as a couple. Note: The property is located on a working farm. Note: The parking space is accessed via a farm track. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: Guests will park up, before travelling down a field, on foot, to reach the lodge. Town: Located in the county of Warwickshire, not far from the town of Rugby lies a charming and sizable village called Dunchurch. The Dun Cow, a friendly bar; Huntsman Carvery, Malancha, and Cinnamon Lounge, great restaurants; a number of takeout options for nights when you'd rather stay in; and a few well-stocked convenience stores all make up the village's wide range of amenities. Visit Rugby if you're looking for a greater choice of services and attractions, such as the Rugby Art Gallery and Museum, the excellent Rugby Golf Club, Caldecott Park for a picnic, and several restaurants, pubs, and cafes.
