Perfect place for family. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach, clean, quiet and convenient location to get around the island. 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely consider booking again once we return in Maui.

We had a very comfortable say. We spent 14 night here. There was beach chairs, umbrella, goggles. No cooler or BBQ tongs. There was an ice pack in the freezer. Very handy! A little view of the water and easy walk to the beach. Communication was smooth and easy. We would definitely come back. Thank for the wonderful stay

Great Stay

Location was perfect walk to a nice beach and equal distances to both parts of Kihei with bars and restaurants. The loft was perfect and overall comfort was 10/10! Would book again!

The teenagers loved the loft and the location was great for beach access as well as nearby shopping! Fourth floor ensures you’ll get some steps in and the view from the balcony faces the water side or you can still see a little bit of color at sunrise and sunset.

Our stay was scheduled for March 27–April 2, but we could not safely visit due to extreme weather. Kīhei experienced severe storms, heavy rainfall, flooding, mudslides, flash flood warnings, and widespread power outages, and the Maui County emergency management issued official evacuation warnings. Emergency shelters were open, roads were closed, and emergency rescues were occurring throughout the area. Ocean water was unsafe due to runoff and sewer water, making swimming in the ocean impossible. Flying to Maui at that time—as a solo parent with three minor children—would have been unsafe, irresponsible, and extremely risky.As a fellow VRBO owner, I understand cancellation policies exist for a reason, but when events are extreme, uncontrollable weather, there should be some flexibility or accommodation for guests.I contacted the rental management company multiple times to adjust our arrival dates so we could safely enjoy the condo. They confirmed the property was in good condition, but I explained it was not safely accessible due to hazardous conditions. Our requests were denied, and we were charged in full for a week we could not use—thousands of dollars for a spring break vacation we never got, which caused significant financial and emotional stress.We sought a reasonable solution but received no flexibility or support, despite clear safety risks. This reflects a lack of guest-centered policies for severe, uncontrollable events and left a lasting negative impression.

Great location with beach across the street. Nice amenities like beach toys, chairs, towels. Nice layout for 2 couples or couple with teenager. Love Kihei.

Great stay!

This property was just as was listed and fit our family so well. Loved the loft space and separate bathroom for our daughters. We also enjoyed the location as far as beach access and how easily walkable to dinner etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Convenient location…just as described.

This condo is a great location in Kihei! It’s very walkable to eateries and there is a beautiful beach right across the street. Quick drive to nice shopping and dining in Wailea. It is well equipped and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location - nice stay

We really enjoyed our week here. Clean condo with air conditioning that worked well. Having Charley Young Beach right across the road was very convenient. Enjoyed the pools and tennis courts. Highly recommended.

Great Stay in Maui!

We had an amazing time in Maui and really enjoyed this rental. It was so close to everything, and there’s an amazing beach just across the street. The condo itself was clean, had great parking and pools, and was a great place to stay. My husband and I, as well as the other couple we travelled with, both really enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Close to beach

This is our third time staying at this property for a reason. We love it! Right across the street from the beach, close to restaurants and the rental is equipped with everything you'd need. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella and comfortable beds.

A wonderful retreat in paradise!

I’ve been to Maui several times, and this property is one of the best I’ve stayed at! Everything was well maintained, high quality, and well stocked with the essentials for our week. My boys loved the pickleball courts, and I loved the quiet pool. We will be back!
