A spacious entrance hall leads into the living-dining room with a comfortable sofa, a 55-inch TV and a dining table for 6 persons. The living area is connected to the kitchen with a view of the Egadi islands, which offers a 5-burner gas hob, a family fridge, a large freezer, a pantry stocked with all kinds of household appliances, and all kinds of utensils for cooking and setting the table to perfection.
The two bedrooms offer comfortable mattress and pillows in both feather and memory with hypoallergenic solutions. In each bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a private balcony with sea and city view, furnished with table and chairs. The corridor leads to the modern bathroom complete with shower. The flat has air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent heating. The wifi internet covers the whole building and a 5G speed offers a stable line for those who have to work.

We are located right in the heart of the old city, inside the ancient walls, surrounded by typical restaurants, wine shops and shopping shops. around the corner you will already be in the pedestrian area with historical buildings, museums and baroque churches that will fascinate you. The historic Florio and Pellegrino wine cellars can be reached in a few minutes, while a few steps away you can buy excellent fresh fish at the 'Antico Mercato' as well as seasonal produce at the 'Mercato del Contadino' farmers' market held on Sunday mornings. Marsala's beaches are all beautiful. Lido Boeo can be reached on foot or by bike and offers beach umbrella service, bars and spectacular views of the Egadi Islands. A little further on, at Capo Boeo (the extreme tip of Sicily) you can swim in clear emerald waters and snorkel in a rocky seabed. The Stagnone Lagoon, with its salt pans, pink flamingos and the Island of Mozia, an important archaeological site, is just a few minutes away by bike or car and offers breathtaking views. The city organises a series of musical, gastronomic and cultural events that are always fascinating; while for sports lovers it offers entertainment for all tastes. Marsala is the city of wind, so all sailing sports are practised along the coast: from the much-loved kite surfing to windsurfing to sailing...
