Ohana Gathering House built in the brand new resort community of Windsor Island. We are a 7 Bedroom 5.5 bathroom Disney/Universal family vacation home located minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World, and Discovery Cove. We are the perfect location for your family as you enjoy all that Orlando has to offer.
There are two King ensuites, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There are two themed double bunk rooms, one is Star Wars themed and one is Lilo and Stitch themed. There are three other adult King rooms upstairs.
All bedrooms have their own TV and cable. The house also provides high speed internet with whole house wifi.
You will need to sign a rental agreement from Meadow Sun Properties and there will be an additional security deposit of $!500. Maximum number of adults is 10. Maximum number of children is 8. Bookings over max will incur added charges.
You can access the resort through a security gate. You then proceed straight to your vacation home and entry is guaranteed utilizing your unique front door access code.
I am your owner, your booker, your host. I have an on the ground team consisting of property manager Andy and his entire local team.
I will be contacting you with all details you need about your stay at our home. You will receive your unique front door entry code, there is no added stopoff somewhere to get your keys after a long trip.
If you have any questions, concerns, problems, I am available by cell, text, or email to assist you. Andy is but a 5 minute drive away. We are not a huge company with nameless individuals who change from day to day. We will be available to you when you need us and provide you with the privacy you desire to keep your family safe, healthy, and relaxed.
I do this because I like to do this. No one will provide you with better, more friendly, more responsive service than I will provide. I am not happy if your experience is not exceptional. You will be asked to confirm exact number of adults 18+ and children and their ages at the time of your booking. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement. You will also be asked for a security deposit.

If you are driving, Ohana Gathering House is accessible from I-4, route 27, route 192. and highway 429.
This means you have multiple routes to access all Orlando has to offer.
We offer a private heated pool and spa on a lovely deck with adjacent covered lanai for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Use the provided grill as you enjoy wonderful outdoor meals at the large lanai table.
Also on the first floor is the full kitchen, dining room, and family gathering room as well as the washer and dryer.
