Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was lovely. Communication with the owner was quick and very responsive. The home is very roomy and the rooms were all very nice. The movie room was a nice bonus! The pool was great; added pool heat since we stayed in late December and ot was well worth it. Overall great rental!

Great spot

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The owner was very responsive when there was a mix-up with the pool heater and had someone out the same day to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home

Beautiful home. We stayed here with our kids and in laws and it was perfect space. The house is conveniently located near the Disney parks, shopping area and restaurants.

Great stay

Had a great time!! Theatre room was the favorite party of the house. My kids enjoyed it more than the pool. Will be staying again in the future for sure.

Florida vacation

We absolutely loved this house! Everything was very clean and super comfortable including the beds! We definitely enjoyed the movie theatre room and the pool was very well laid out with shade and sun areas. We will be back!

Property as described and great location. Everyone loved the fun beds and children loved the movie room, spaciousness and pool. Jenny was fantastic with communication prior to arriving and prompt to respond to any inquiries while we were on site. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Great location. Fabulous host- we had a concern regarding heating the house and Jenny was quick to act. Beautiful neighbourhood. House could just be cleaner.

We enjoyed our stay

Responsive staff, very accommodating. Read the fine print and bring soaps, sponges, paper towels and toilet paper. Some furniture showed wear which was surprising in such a beautiful home.

We were 8 gentleman there to play Southern Dunes. Safe gated community within a mile of the golf course entrance. Only negative are the bunk beds, twins would work better for adults.

Weekend at LegoLand

Our stay in the home was comfortable and its a close distance from Legoland which was awesome. The property is what is listed for the most part. The house is spacious and comfortable for large families. The pool is great and the outside patio has seating. We feel the house could be updated and some of the comments on other posts have not been addressed.

Great trip

Everything was wonderful. Communication was always fast and easy. The property was close to everything. We felt very safe. We had a family of 3 generations and everyone enjoyed the trip. The kids said a movie room was better then a game room. Will rent again!

Family Christmas Get Together

The house was spacious and accommodating for our family of 12. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend Snowcat Ridge for a snow & sledding experience in the Tampa area. The rental could benefit from a refresh and more attention to cleaning details.

Comfortable large home, excellent owner response

The house was large and easily accommodated our party of 10 adults. It’s in a gated community. The house itself was clean, but showing some signs of its age. Some of the mattresses could use replacing. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was very attentive to our needs and very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a great stay.

Charming!

Loved the space of the house! Not much parking but you can park on the opposite side of the street. I just wish the theater room had AC, the kids were miserable in there trying to watch a movie.

Not well maintained property

The communication with the property management company was good, however, the property was dirty and not well maintained. We had to make several requests to have the pool heated and lights working and to figure out how to get warm water from the showers (handles installed backward).It was also not stated how the association of this neighborhood will have your car towed if your car is even slightly touching the grass. We will not be choosing this property again.

Great location

Stayed to attend college baseball games. Location was great. Loved the gated community, safe subdivision. House could have been slightly cleaner. Wasn’t anything awful just not as clean as my own house. Beds were comfortable. Homeowner was wonderful to work with. She was very personable and VERY quick to respond with any questions. Dishwasher was broken but it was looked at the next day. Wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay but property owner was very apologetic. Pool screen was ripped and fixed during our stay.

Has potential.

This place could be really nice. Unfortunately, it dis not offer hardly any amenities. They provided 1 garbage bag,1 dishcloth ,not even 1 towel and washcloth for every person and pool heater was broke until the day before we left. There were burnt out light bulbs in the closets and pool door would not latch. And watch out for raccoons..we had an encounter with one at the front door.Just be sure that if you're staying for more than a few days you stock up on all necessities
