The modern flat consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 persons, a small breakfast island and has a flat screen Smart TV. A large terrace with a beautiful lake view is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large garden for letting the children play complete the offer.

The first room has a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside tables and has direct access to the back garden and a view of the hills. Baby cot at disposal.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has direct access to the back garden.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

From the living room you can access the tavern furnished with two large sofas where the children can play with Lego constructions or table tennis. The tavern has a complete bathroom.
