A simple apartment, dedicated to guests for family holidays on Lake Garda.
Located in a residence with swimming pool with private and reserved parking space.
You are welcomed by an apartment furnished in 70's style, perfectly preserved, equipped with every comfort.
Air conditioning, washing machine, Smart TV, equipped kitchen.
Perfect location for visiting the entire lake and surroundings of Sirmione.

Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.
Customer support will be available exclusively through instant messaging apps or e-mail at the times indicated: from 9:00 to 19:00 and until 22:00 on the day of check-in.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
