The condo itself was very clean, cutely decorated and furnished with most everything you need to be comfortable. Dan was a very good host who explained the check-in process and other issues quickly and fully. The only negative thing I can say about the condo, and it is definitely on me, is that it is a 2nd floor unit with several stairs. When searching for places, I should have specified no stairs or handicap-accessible. My husband and I have both had knee replacements, and though the stairs were in good shape, having to carry our luggage and other items up and down the 2 flights, were a bit overwhelming by the time we were done. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

We booked Dan’s condo for a night, on our way to St George Island. Dan was easy to communicate with, gave us great instructions. His condo felt very homey. (We have stayed places that there was not an ounce of character. White, blank walls). We enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely stay again, for more than the night.

Getaway to Beach

Had amazing time with family. Loved being able to bring our pet. Lovely Lagoon. Host answered all our questions and will definitely come back. We had easy access to beach.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and had two very well kept pools. The property was very peaceful and we loved being able to have access to the downstairs storage room for all our beach stuff!

Quiet beach get away

Our vacation was excellent thanks to the easy check in process and quiet area. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex and beach area are family friendly. It was the perfect place to get away for a few days.

Perfect Relaxation

Totally the best of both worlds staying at this property. Beach is just a short walk away and also an amazing covered boat dock with a picnic table to enjoy a relaxing sunset. Property is located in a very quiet area in Gulf Shores.

We loved the condo and location!

We loved staying in Dan's condo! We would definitely recommend staying here! It is nicely decorated, and right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Our friends who were staying in a different unit at Sea Oats commented how nice Dan's condo is compared to the one they had rented.

Cute, Clean, Comfortable

Nice location, great accommodations, friendly and responsive host. It was easy to Uber to bars and restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Incredible beach sunsets.

Spring Break 2024

This is the perfect location for a spring break getaway. Something for everyone! Fishing on the bay side, beach right across the street, 2 pools to choose from and still close enough to enjoy all the food and shops in town. We had an amazing time.
