Great location

We loved it here. Easy walk to the beach with private access. The pool was a big hit, too. Condo was set up wonderfully and worked perfectly for our family of 6.

Great location!! Huge pool. Condo ended up being a lot bigger in person which we loved! And the beach access right across the street was a huge plus! The only downfall to this condo was that the master bedroom tv did not work but on one channel, the balcony lights did not work so we couldn’t sit out there at night like we had liked, and we found a few random pieces of garbage that was left from previous visitors.

Very affordable 3 bedroom condo! I loved we could watch our teens from the balcony in the pool area. Beach access was super close and convenient. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. We will definitely rent this room again in the future. Customer Service was excellent. We had an issue with the door code upon Check in and they texted us back within seconds and resolved the issue. They also checked in multiple times on our stay to make sure everything was up to par. 5 Stars for Family’s!

Not expecting the Ritz but…

Have stayed at Sea Oats several times in the past and have seen the decline over the years. We understand this is a harsh environment but property hasn’t been maintained with surrounding properties. Love this area but may look elsewhere for next visit.

Graduation get away.

Some updates have been made, but still need some (master bath and maybe kitchen and kitchen table). Definitely need more towels. Our group of 6 only had one towel each for the three days so we had to wash to have clean towels. Not much of a view of the ocean, but there is one out the master and one bedroom. The walls were very thin and we heard neighbors through the living room and master. The people upstairs were really loud.
