Villa Vissalo boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms, spread across an expansive 220 square meters, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) - can be joined with a top mattress on request, 32 TV, clothes rack, full body mirror, En-suite bathroom with shower cabin & direct access to pool terrace
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) - can be joined if needed, 32 TV, clothes rack, En-suite bathroom with a shower cabin & direct access outdoors


First Floor
- Master bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), a closet, 32 TV, clothes rack, full body mirror, En-suite bathroom with a shower cabin & private balcony with seating area and breathtaking sea views
- Spacious veranda featuring: Built-in sofas, coffee tables, 2 bean bag loungers & stunning views of the sea, beach, and surroundings


Private Bedroom (Autonomous Suite): Accessible directly from the pool terrace with a private entrance. King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), closet, sofa, full body mirror, vanity, small fridge, En-suite bathroom with a shower cabin & beautiful sea vistas


Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Vissalo covers 410 m2 and showcases an array of lavish amenities that cater to your every need, as well as a lovely pool terrace where you can soak up the suns warmth while enjoying panoramic vistas of the sea. In more detail:
- A 36 sq m. heated swimming pool, 1.5 m deep, and enjoy the separate hydromassage compartment with step access.

The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice).
- The pool area is equipped with 6 sun beds, side tables, 2 bean bag loungers, and a poolside shower.
- BBQ space next to the pool, is naturally shaded and it boasts a gas grill, a compact fridge, an outdoor sink, and a bar height table with 2 bar stools, and is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink.
- Outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests
- There is plenty of space for kids to play outdoors, and the ping pong table will also keep them busy.
- For those who wish to stay active during the holiday, yoga equipment is also provided (mats, balls, and bricks).
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests, as well as 3 parking spots inside the Villa premises.
- Just a step away from the beach, as you have direct access to a sand and pebble beach in front of the property.



**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
