We had a wonderful stay at a spectacularly located villa wonderfully isolated and very comfortable

A superb stay at Villa Faros at an incrediable location magical setting, the Villa was very well equipped making very comfortable living , only downside was the builders noise drilling from the construction site next to the Villa , this did improve after our complainant and awareness of the owner , I also ask when the security deposit will be returned , look forward to your reply, thank you, with best regards Charles Bowring

Warning! You will not want to leave this home - it is stunning!

My husband and I stayed here for a break during our European tour and it was the perfect place to simply BE. The home is beautiful, the views are unreal, and being steps down to a secluded beach is rare and calming! Everything about our rental experience was remarkable from the fully-equipped and easy-to-enjoy kitchen to the sparkling clean and cool pool. Some of our favorite moments included: seeing a pod of dolphins swim by, counting the endless constellations in the night sky, catching some shooting stars, mountain biking (rented with no shame walking up steep hills) to nearby restaurants, taking a dip in the peaceful cove, watching the cute sheep on the hilltops and the many birds fluttering around. We will be returning!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kennen die Gegend und waren schon in einigen Unterkünften. Wir waren sehr erfereut, dass der Pool, der als Meerwasserpool angegeben ist, einen kaum merkbaren Salzgehalt aufwies. Schade war, dass in unmittelbarer Umgebung rege Bautätigkeit herrschte. Allerdings sind die Abstände so gross, dass dies kaum ins Gewicht viel. Das wird sich sicher die nächsten Jahre nicht ändern, da viele Grundstücke zum Verkauf angeboten werden und die Gegend sehr beliebt ist. Gerade wegen der Ruhe. Das Haus ist topp!

Wonderful views! Stunning Villa in South Crete!

The villa was adequately furnished, clean and functional! Spacious bedrooms, bright, high quality bedding facilities and very comfortable. The most amazing of this house is its secluded location. If you are looking for tranquility and relaxation, you may choose this villa for your holidays! The pool is amazing and heatable and the views stunning! Just you and the ocean! If you have the courage, try to get to the beach down of the villa, but mention lot of stairs exist. Recommended to take some supplies with you. Don't miss to use the indoor steam bath. Everyone involved was very helpful and giving us lots of advices for the entire area in the South, where to go, where to eat, where to swim. Although there is not a shop nearby the villa for your supplies in a walking distance there is no problem with that you can shop everything from Agia Galini, which is the nearest village with lots of amenities and restaurants. It is a necessity to rent a car to have easier access to everything. We enjoyed very much our stay in this villa in Agios Paulos!

Beautiful and remote!!

Well appointed villa and very spacious , built in a pristine nature with majestic views! The pool is heated and the architecture of the place really impressive. Truly wonderful, peaceful and quiet, while relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans and cutlery and lots of appliances. Well facilitated with luxurious amenities, although the design is pretty minimalistic, but this strengthens your feeling of relaxation! The villa offers full of privacy, as it is located in a secluded environment. Recommended to get a car. Hosts are very helpful and friendly, as also they personally welcome us to the house giving all the guidance we needed and supported us for everything during our stay! Visit the picturesque Agia Galini, Triopetra beach and of course Rethymno city

Unbeatable!!

We had the best time in Crete! Wonderful place, great hosts, unique experience, unspoilt and secluded environment, full of privacy, cleanliness, minimalism, great facilities, ideal for those who love nature, peace and quietness! Despite the fact that the villa is secluded enough, you can have access to several amenities not only in the area of Agios Pavlos about 1 km drive with some taverns, but also in the area of Agia Galini, the most touristic place where you can find super markets, post office, ATMs, etc. South Crete has the best beaches ever!The villa itself has a wonderful hammam (steam room) that we enjoyed a lot and great architecture and orientation! Definitely we will come back in the future!

The residence unfolds in two levels, within the privileged 1.2 acre site that benefits from a south eastern orientation, on the brink of a charming steep inlet, but with accessible coast, conversing with the imposing rock that lies opposite it. The design aimed for the smooth integration of the building in the sloping plot, with full exploitation of the views and protection from the westerly winds, always taking into account operational needs and comforts.

Having been built by a very talented civil engineer with executive knowhow in constructing and engineering, on a great unspoilt spot in rural Southern Crete with a lot of privileges and breathtaking sea views. Our villa also offers pure tranquility and full of privacy, as it stands on a seafront cliff, 40 meters above the sea, with a proprietary staircase into the bay that is virtually private. There, you are in a world of your own in a secluded bay! Sometimes the sea is like a mirror and you can see the bottom.Often you hear the waves rushing to the shore. Its always amazingly relaxing. You may see the local fishermen cast their nets, but you would have to be on time. You may see the boat pass from Agia Galini to Agios Pavlos and further afield and sometimes people fish from the rock opposite. Also, from the heated infinity pool you look straight into the bay and over the sea.
