Located in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, Villa Calesse is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool and garden. The villa is 8 km from the medieval village of Bevagna, where you can find shops and restaurants, and the area is great for walking and cycling. Perugia, Umbria's largest and most cosmopolitan city, is also easily accessible by car, as are Assisi, and Spoleto.

Villa Calesse (200 sqm) develops over two levels.

The villa consists of a living room (with sofas), a dining room (with table seating 9) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table, gas hob, microwave, fan oven, dishes, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine). In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one single/double bedroom (with French bed suitable for one adult or two children). There are two ensuite bathrooms (with showers), two separate bathrooms (with showers) and one service bathroom (with toilet).

Outside, you will find a well-kept garden with a private swimming pool (12m x 5m; 1.2m – 1.5m; open from first Saturday of May to last Saturday of October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and shower, an outdoor dining area (with table seating 10/12 guests) and private parking.
