This captivating home lays in 300m² outdoor area - with 30m² lawn area on the back yard and is embellished with a 30m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers and bean bag chairs before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning & lounge area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Bonus - Family Friendly:

The retreat features also some children toys on the back yard (a small plastic play house and a children’s small slide and some other toys) inspiring adventure and togetherness.



* The ground floor of the Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathroom are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms - plus one WC, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.



The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed (0,90x2,00) of the first floor bedroom. The maximum capacity is 9 guests.

Pileas Villa is located in the picturesque village of Pigianos Kampos/Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

It is the last part of the long beach of the Bay of Rethymno and the beach of the area is sandy, quite calm and less noisy than the rest beaches of Rethymnon. Between Pigianos Kambos and Stavromenos, you can swim and snorkel in the numerous rocky small coves. Moreover, in Pigianos Kambos you might have the chance to see the protected nests of sea turtles, laying their eggs on the sandy beach. 

The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports! Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long!

The area is special specifically for another reason too: its has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday! You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.

Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta just 5 minutes away by car or bus, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages! It is only 20 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and approximately one hour from the International Airport of Heraklion.

Car Rental is recommended although not essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations, as all is reachable on foot and also there is a bus stop to Rethymno city some meters away from the villa.
