Beautiful private finca, sleeps up to 12, private pool + parking

Can Tomeu caters for up to 12 guests in a private finca, with parking on site for 2 cars and a completely private salt water pool.

The property was fully renovated in 2024.

The six bedrooms (3 in the old house and 3 in casitas around the pool) all have en suite bathrooms plus independent AC and heating.

The outside area includes a full kitchen - BBQ, wood fired pizza oven, fridge and sink. In Summer you will use this all the time.
There are also 2 other kitchens at Can Tomeu - one kitchenette in the Old House and one in the new large open kitchen. So perfect for Chefs and. families alike.

Can Tomeu is completely private - you feel like you are in an oasis, looking up at the surrounding Tramuntana mountains - yet only 10 minutes walk from the central Square of Soller. Peace and quiet in a beautiful setting - private pool, surrounded by a garden filled with citrus and avocado trees.

At Can Tomeu there is no shortage of peaceful corners to relax, read or sunbathe.

The interior of the villa is both welcoming and comfortable, providing everything you could need to enjoy your holiday. The villa has satellite television, Internet and WIFI – great thought has been put into making sure you will find everything you need to relax and thoroughly enjoy your holiday in Soller at Can Tomeu.

From the town square, guests can also take the antique tram to the Port of Soller and the beach or take the spectacular train journey through the mountains to Palma.

Puerto Soller with its small sandy beaches, traditional marina and a choice of restaurants and cafes is a 10 minute drive away. The port can also be reached by taking the antique tram which runs from the town square (5 min from the property) to the port. Cala Deia is only a 15 minute drive away and offers a picturesque cove and choice of two restaurants. Deia and the historic town of Valdemossa approximately 20 minutes drive with choice of many restaurants. Palma is 30 minutes drive away. There is also the antique train that runs from Palma to Soller (approximately 6 times per day). The ride lasts approximately 1 hour with breath taking views of the Tramuntana mountain range. Fornalutx is an approximate 30 minute walk away and has been voted Spain's most beautiful village.

Can Tomeu is a very nice villa with a nice pool. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms.We enjoyed the layout with the separate kitchen which maked it possible to have quiet bedrooms.Tisha was very helpful with the arrival where our flights was delayed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Soller and our wonderful Finca had a lot to do with it! It was the perfect location and the most beautiful property- well appointed with everything you could need. The pool was lovely, all of the remodeled spaces were incredible as was the privacy and cleanliness of the Finca itself. Tish was a dream to work with- providing us with a tour of the property and also local recommendations during our stay. She made us feel right at home! We stayed with our two school aged kids and ourselves (me and my husband) but this Finca can easily host multiple families very comfortably. The AC worked well, the bath tub was a luxury and we just can’t say enough great things about our stay. 10/10 would recommend and hope to return!

The Villa was amazing, exactly as detailed but better in my opinion, it was immaculately clean, with quality bedding, great size bath towels and beach towels etc. check in was easy Tisha answered any questions promptly. We were a group of 10 adults mainly couples in our 50’s / 60’s. The 6 bedrooms each had an en-suite bathroom with aircon. 3 bedrooms are around the pool (no steps). The other 3 bedrooms are in a separate building just the other side of the pool (Master bedroom with en-suite upstairs, another double with en-suite upstairs and a double downstairs with en-suite, it had a living area and small kitchen. Nice hot showers a plus.We used the gas BBQ often and there’s a nice herb garden with mint rosemary etc and a lime and avocado tree. The kitchen and dining room are again in a separate unit just by the pool, the kitchen is really well equipped and has everything you need including spices, Salt etc. it has a handy utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. We had a two vehicles, a mini bus and a car which were parked on the property behind the gate. It comes with a lockbox key which is really useful.On check out whilst it’s a 10am check out cleaners do arrive at 9am as per the agreement. We booked a day pass at the Alcazar hotel in Soller as we had late flights.Everything is in walking distance, we didn’t use the hire cars.Honestly I couldn’t say anything negative. We will be back again for sure, thanks Tisha.

Perfect Family Getaway Near Town

We had a great stay! The villa is very comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a family. The pool is great, with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels provided. The kitchen is convenient with everything you need. The garden is beautiful, well maintained, and filled with amazing scents — a truly peaceful place to unwind. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the town center. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Wir waren elf Personen und wir hatten herrliche Tage. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles neu renoviert, alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Very comfortable villa for an excellent family holiday.

Can Tomeu offers comfort, space and excellent location. It is well equipped to cater for needs of a family party of nine. It provides great bedrooms, a good kitchen and an excellent pool. The central courtyard was great for family eating, relaxing and with sufficient sunbeds and sunshades.

Wonderful location and layout

We loved the location and the space in this home. For a mixed bunch of family with a couple of friends the main house together with casitas was perfect and no one felt ok top of each other. The walk to town was simple and the road to the property easy compared with many we have been to. The property is being renovated over time and is beautiful inside. Outside there is a fantastic pool with new planting all around. Tisha is the perfect host. Nothing is too much. This is the second time we have stayed at a property managed by her and I can highly recommend.

A wonderful week

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful town. I would highly recommend staying here. It is well located and the property is gorgeous and well equipped. The accommodation is very flexible for large groups and we enjoyed the stay very much.
