This sunny south facing apartment commands a fine view over the Harbour and St Ives’ Bay from the open plan sitting/dining room and double bedroom. There is also a little balcony at the front to enjoy the lovely views with a coffee or a glass of wine! The apartment is easily accessed at ground level through a small courtyard at the rear on Back Road East. It is centrally heated, double glazed and close carpeted. Modern furnishings and a unique collection of paintings by local artists add to the flat's bright ambience.

Sitting room
Splendid view over the Harbour. Comfortable settee, 2 easy chairs, dining table for 4 and Smart TV. Flame effect electric heater for additional heating if required.
Balcony with a beach view and, from the side, a view over St Ives’ Bay.

Kitchen
Recently fitted with electric oven and hob, small dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge,  Nespresso coffee machine and microwave and ample storage and work surfaces.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1. Double bed and wardrobe. Double aspect with front window looking over beach and harbour.
Bedroom 2. Twin beds, dresser and wardrobe.

Spacious recently fitted shower room. Electric shower with variable drenching spray, heated towel rail and a steam-free illuminated mirror with a socket for an electric toothbrush and shaver. Wash basin and WC

Please note: There is ongoing building work on a neighbouring property. The works are scheduled to resume from mid-November until Christmas and will continue again shortly after the New Year, which should be completed by Easter. Most of the external works have now been finished and work has moved to the internal refurbishment which should be less disruptive. While we hope it will not affect your stay, there may be occasional noise. We appreciate your understanding and hope it does not disturb your holiday experience.
