Located in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanization, in Roses, our house offers stunning views of the Roses Bay and features a private pool for you to refresh and relax under the sun.



With capacity for 6 people, this charming property is located on a quiet street, offering the peace and privacy you need for the perfect vacation. Its layout across 2 floors provides you with a spacious and bright living room on the main floor, where you can relax and spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones.



The open kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might need, including an individual mini oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and water kettle. Here you will find everything necessary to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace.



The house has 3 cozy bedrooms, one of them en suite with its own bathroom and shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower available for greater comfort.



The living room has air conditioning and the rooms are equipped with fans to ensure a pleasant temperature during your stay.



On the upper terrace there is a wood or charcoal barbecue for lovers of grilled food



On the second floor of the house, a surprise awaits you: La Plage! A chill out space next to the pool where you can enjoy and relax with a good swim and a cocktail while admiring the spectacular views of the Roses Bay.



For your convenience, the house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, we offer free wifi and a television with French channels so that you can always stay connected and entertained during your stay.



And don't worry about parking, as we have an outdoor parking lot at the entrance of the house with capacity for 2 cars.

Is electricity included?

Yes, there is a basic consumption of 15kw per day included, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, which will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimension does the pool have?

Measures 3 x 6.5m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There is a double bed of 160x200m, a double bed of 150x200m, and 2 single beds of 90x190m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
