心から清潔で、美しく整えられた3ベッドルーム、2ベッドルーム、1/2バスのプライベートコミュニティのビーチハウス。 コミュニティはプライベートビーチとファームネックゴルフクラブに隣接するドックでよく管理されています。 2つのカヤックと1つのカヌー、4つの自転車とビーチチェアが含まれています。 素敵なサンポーチとハンモック、デッキの家具とグリルで造園された裏庭。 1階の専用バスルーム、パウダールーム、洗濯機/乾燥機付きのMBR。 2階に2ベッドルーム、1ベッドルームにはキングベッド、1ベッドルームにはクイーンとツインがあります。 TV付きガレージの上にロフトスペースを追加しました。
ホームはオークブラフスの中心部まで車で5分、エドガータウンセンターまで車で10分の理想的な立地です。 両方とも、よく整備された自転車の道を通ってバイクに簡単にアクセスできます。

Lovely home, great trip

The host welcomed us with tips, restaurant recommendations, and access to amenities on the property. She was incredibly responsive and the home has everything we need (and then some!). Lovely place. Lovely island.

Perfect for small families

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is great if you’re not looking to stay right in town. The access to the water and kayaks was excellent. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic location, clean, pretty, loved it!

Owner gave clear entry instructions, use of fantastic amenities, and the house/grounds were so serene and tastefully decorated. We were so comfortable that we stayed in for dinner and enjoyed the fire pit. Thank for for this wonderful experience!

Vineyard Oasis!

Incredibly easy access to everything Vineyard - and great for kids! This was our first family vacation, and it was a dream. The waterfront five minutes from the house was a welcome respite when we didn’t want to pack up and go to the beach. Will definitely stay again!! Thank you!

Wonderful, comfortable home

The property was truly amazing. The home is decorated beautifully, has all the supplies and amenities that one could need (including access to a kayak and canoe!), and is in a lovely, quiet location. If you play gold that is plus, because you can see the gold course from the home. It is a wonderful vacation home for a small family, or two couples. There is even a guest house! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Spectacular Vineyard Oasis!

We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for 28 years, since our oldest was 6 months old and this is by far our favorite rental, it was absolutely perfect! First and foremost the owner is amazing and graciously accommodated us by allowing us to stay an additional night due to Hurricane Henri. The additional amenities were first class including bikes and access to kayaks and the close proximity to the bay. The home was extremely well appointed and the living room made for great family nights and entertainment. Wish we could rent next year, but will try again in 2023. Love, loved loved this home!

Very Relaxing & Accomadating

Our stay on the island was wonderful! It was our first time visiting the island. The house met our expectations. Pat was so very informative and gave us all the information requested. She answered emails immediately! The booking of the house was so smooth and easy. We ate at most of the restaurants she had suggested! The service at all of them was impeccable! The weather did not cooperate with us, but we made the best of it! We had many laughs and made forever lasting memories for us to treasure! Thanks Pat for sharing your home with us! The Armentor's

First Family Trip to the Vineyard

This house was wonderful for our family's first trip to the Vineyard! Private cove, kayaks/canoe, fishing, bikes, yard, fire pit, you name it! Very great communicator with Dr. Hecht, as she responded within thirty minutes (at most) on any request or question I had. Short drive to Oak Bluffs and short-ish drive to Edgartown. Kitchen and BBQ fully functioning, nice sized laundry machines was critical for little kids + beach. Additional bonuses for family: -- Upstairs bedrooms had blackout shades (key for little ones) -- newly renovated basement with tons of board games -- TV's in each room, if you've got moody teens + rainy days Had a fantastic week! Thanks for sharing your home!!

Lovely Visit

My stay at 11 Waterview Road in Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard was absolutely wonderful. The location of the property was perfect, offering views of the golf course and access to water that made for a truly serene and relaxing atmosphere. The house itself was well-maintained, providing all the amenities one could ask for. The spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep, while the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio and a well-kept garden where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shops was an added bonus, making it easy to explore the area. The communication with the property owner was smooth and they were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend 11 Waterview Road for anyone looking for a memorable vacation on Martha's Vineyard.

nice family beach vacation

The house and yard were very nice. loved the A/C, smart TV’s, screen porch, water access. A few issues we noted (beach umbrellas broken, beach chairs very worn out but the homeowner was responsive and as it was august perhaps previous summer renters mid used these.. Also the gas stovetop igniter in kitchen was acting funny -she informed us it will be serviced. We could cook but it was a bit tricky at first. Hopefully it was fixed. Overall these were minor things and we had a great time- the house was lovely!

Great Vineyard vacation home.

This is a beautifully landscaped property in a very convenient location, with short drives to Oak Bluffs, State Beach and Edgartown. We made much use of the spacious deck, the kayaks and canoe, and were able to enjoy s'mores by the fire pit. The living room is large and comfortable , as are all of the bedrooms. Dr. Pat was very responsive to any and all questions or concerns we had both before and during our stay. We would be happy to revisit this property in the future.

A lovely home in Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard

We rented this property in May 2018 when our family travelled to Martha's Vineyard for the Martha's Vineyard Marathon. The house is lovely and extremely well equipped. The layout is spacious and easily accommodated family meals. The kids loved running in the yard and because it is not on a busy street, there were no concerns about traffic. The house is an easy walk to the lagoon and a quick drive to Oak Bluffs, State Beach and Vineyard Haven. Dr. Hecht provided an extremely complete and useful house/island guide in advance of our arriving. We would certainly rent this home again.

Perfect days on Martha's vinyard

We had great days at Praticia's house. The house was very clean, modern, bright and cozy. It is close to the water, just a 5min walk through the woods. Patricia is a wonderful host, super easy to communicate to. We would love to come back.

Great place for girls weekend!

We rented this property for a girls weekend and had a great time! We really enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe in the private pond right down the street. All of the bedrooms were big with tons of natural light and comfortable mattresses. We were able to use the Webber grill on the deck and loved being able to eat outside. Great furniture and decor throughout the house with a real Martha's Vineyard feel. Location was great, you definitely need a car though to get around and explore the island. Pat was extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests before our arrival. She provided a ton of information on things to do on the island. We bought some lobster bisque and clam chowder at Larson's fish market and watched the sunset on Menemsha Beach, amazing! Would definitely rent here again, Pat was a pleasure!
