The Vista Lario apartment, located in the Cavadino area in the small village of Carate Urio, is the perfect solution to immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery of Lake Como. Please note: the property is located in a beautiful tourist area but to arrive there you have to walk up several stairs ONLY by foot!

The apartment features a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes three double bedrooms, including one with a lake-view bathtub, and two bathrooms, one of which has a double shower. A 100 sqm terrace with a view of Lake Como, with a relaxing area where guests can enjoy an aperitif in the company of others, shaded by a gazebo completes the property.

The moment you walk under the flowering vines of the private Terrace entrance and open the door to the spacious foyer and living area, you will fall in love with Vista Lario. Upon arrival, Rent All Como will meet guests at the property's private parking space in a secure garage to carry guest's bags up to Vista Lario which is approximately 150m up a pedestrian lane in the charming Cavadino area of Curate Urio. This property is not accessible by car and the 2-3 minute uphill walk may make the property inaccessible to some, however, most will find the views from this fabulous property most definitely worth the walk..
