Beautiful villa with 4 luxury apartments built in 2017 - Villa Merra is located in Premantura, near Pula, Croatia, at the entrance of Cape Kamenjak. Each apartment have a living room with dining room, a two bedrooms with bathroom, balcony or common terrace around the pool and the luxury kitchen that will satisfy every person who likes to prepare food. In every kitchen you have kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven. Our each apartment can accommodate from 2 to 5 people, and each have one air-condition, free wifi, smart tv and washing machine, one free parking place, separate entrance, small table with two chairs in front of the apartments. Each apartment have access to the open swimming pool, while sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal by the pool.
