Jesse, we have 5 units near the one you stayed in if you ever need more than one condo. And, they all have an easy walk up from the cove where you can park your boat with ease. We hope you will return and allow us to host you again. We appreciate you being a fabulous guests. Thank you again, Sami

Kathy, we loved hosting you and your loved ones in our Enchanted Forest condo. What makes this place so special is it has no stairs. And, you park your car a few steps from the front door. I also love that it is a gently sloped watch to the cove if you bring a boat. You can easily run to the condo while out on the lake. We have 4 more in the same area if you travel with friends and family and they need a place to stay close by. Call me anytime. We are always here. And, thank you again, Sami

Julie, thanks for the review. You stayed in one of my favorite condos....no stairs. And, the deck is huge. Close to the pool and tennis courts and it's shady in the afternoon. Thank you again and we hope you all can return soon. Sami

Paul, I'm so grateful you were able to prepare your groceries. I'm sure your son was glad after running the LOViT100. If you ever stay in any of my properties and we don't have something you need you just call me and i'll run the item over. My home has lots of extra everything. Thank you again for the sweet review. We really try hard and the reviews really do help out. Come back for the race next year. I'm always here.

Heather, we loved hosting you and your loved ones and hope you will return and allow us the privilege of hosting you again. You came during our Off Season which is my favorite. For two reasons, the rates are better and you have the resort to yourselves. We love the Off Season. Call anytime to return. We are always here for you. Sami

Thank you so much for your review, Kayla. What i love about this unit is the huge, shaded deck, comfy furniture inside and out, close to the pool and tennis courts and no stairs. Score. Oh, and the big, gas grill. These owners have thought of everything. We hope you will come back and allow us to host you again. And, possibly be able to bring some ATV's for riding in the National Forest legally. Thank you again for choosing us for your Lake Ouachita Vacation. We are always here for you. Sami

I hate to hear that about your cell phone. Verizon has the best service. I believe AT&T is the worst. It's all about the towers. But, i hope you enjoyed our 50,000 acre lake with zero houses or private boat docks on the 1000 miles of shoreline. With 200 islands to pull up on. And, i hope your time with family was memory building and you will return. Holler at me anytime and we will get you in one of our many different condos. THanks again for the review. Sami

Sheryl, as one of our valued guests we love hosting you and look forward to your return. We know you would have a blast in our Off Season when we all ride our ATVs in the national forest. Come join us this Fall....i know you would love it. Thanks for the review. Sami

Chad and his loved ones were perfect guests. I know they enjoyed our Enchanted Forest condo. We offer great specials in our Off Season and the weather is perfect. The OS starts after Labor Day and goes thru Memorial Day, sans holidays. We hope you will come back and check out our gorgeous Fall Colours.

I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. The invoice that is in your condo upon arrival is what VRBO pays us. The other monies you pay go to taxes and to the company. They went from charging the owners a flat rate annually. They when to receiving booking fees which messed everything up. But, they went from $0 annually to billions....so i guess i get it. I just hate it. I wish they would charge me annually then let us share contact info from the beginning but they don't.

Keely, BTW, great name....we are so glad you enjoyed your stay in our Enchanted Forest condo. We have 2 others just like it next door if you ever have a crowd that needs accommodations. We would love to host you and your extended family any time. Oct is our favorite month on the mountain. If you have an ATV come riding in the national forest on our legal trails. It is a fall extravaganza. Thank you again for this nice review. They really help. Sami G

Julie, we enjoyed hosting y'all. Please come back. Our Fall colors especially when reflecting off the calm water is picturesque. The weather is perfect, the water is comfortable long into Oct and our rates drop dramatically after Labor Day. If you have any ATV's we have legal trails right outside your backdoor. It's a great place to be when the seasons change. Thank you again, Sami G

OMG, Connie, thank you so much. This means even more with you being a seasoned VRBO guest. We really try and since i live here we will always be able to accommodate your every needs...legal, of course. The deer are plentiful. We have to honk to make them move. Our Fall season is our favorite. The eagles start showing up, the weather is crisp, cool and the water is still warm enough to swim. Oh, and our rates drop dramatically. Try us out after Labor Day sometime. We promise to make your stay memorable. Thank you again for the great review. Sami Grace

OMG, Amanda...Thank you so very much for this review. As a local that lives less than a mile from the condos I can bring anything to the condo that would make your stay more comfortable. My daughter had twins in 2020. I get all her baby items. So, if you need it for your kids, as hers grow, I will be able to provide it....At No Extra Charge To You, The Guests. We love what we do and expect a Management Company to be just that, Manage the Guests needs, wants and desires if we can. I know you not only own a boat but an ATV. We adore riding in the National Forest in the Off Season, when the rates are super low. You and your husband are making lasting memories your children with have for the rest of their lives. I was raised on Lake Ouachita and can vouch for this first hand. We hope you will book with us again and become one of our regulars. We view you guys like family and live for reviews like yours. Thank you so very much. My heart is swollen with gratitude. We hope to see you and your loved ones again in the future. And, thank you for choosing our Enchanted Forest Condo for your vacation. Sami Grace Lake Ouachita Vacation Destination

Dear Pat...i can't wait til you return. We love helping visitors have the maximum enjoyment when they share our area. We locals boat in the summer and buggy in the winter. We can legally ride our ATVs in the national forest and the access road is less than a mile from the condo which is legal to get to on your buggy. I collect pumpkins put on the curbs for trash pickup for our deer. They love them. I bet i brought home 15 from my trip to Little Rock yesterday. Please come back to see us. We would love to host you all again. Sami G

Amy, thank you so much. Our little resort is a gem in the state of Arkansas. Our favorite time of year is fall and winter to ride our 'buggies' in the national forest. I will show you how to get to the top next visit. We ride from Oct-April. Then we put street tires on the buggies to get around the mountain in and switch to boats in April. I hope i can ride with you next time. If not, i'll take one of you down and show you how to get to Hickory Nut Mountain Vista. The view is amazing...especially with fall colors. Thank you again for allowing us to host you and your loved ones, Sami G

Brittany, Thank you so much for your review. It was due to a last minute cancellation. I'm so grateful we could accommodate you and your family. We would love to host you again in the future. Check out our Off Season rates. We swim til late in Oct so come on over and Go Jump In The Lake. We also ride our ATVs in the national forest from Oct-March. Come join us. It's a blast. Thanks again, Sami

Amy, thank you so much for the review. They really let guests know what to expect. We hope you can join us sometime in our Off Season. It is gorgeous here during the fall and we love riding our ATVs in the national forest. Especially in the snow. Please come back anytime. You all were very easy guests to host. Thank you again, Sami G
