Cozy Pines/12BPC Hosted by LOVR

Minutes from Lake Ouachita (Wash-ah-Tah). One of the cleanest lakes in the country. You will love the convenience of being so close to the lake, pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor workout circuit, swimming area and Turtle Cove Spa. Rent a boat or bring your own boat or ATV, no ATV rental on the mountain. We have legal trails to ride your ATV in the national forest. Or, check out LakeOuachitaVistaTrail.org. You can hike in the heart of the Ouachita National Forest. Just 30 minutes from Hot Springs. Go Carts, Laser Tag, Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Horse Racing, Restaurants galore and of course, Historical Downtown with all the illegal gambling and Gangster days of yesteryear. If this wasn't enough you can dig for crystals in the Crystal Capital of the World. So much to do in our area.

Man, I love that you will return. Try Oct when the rates, temp and population are all lower. And the eagles start showing up. Oh, and the water is still warm enough to swim in. Contact me anytime. Since I live here....I'm always here.

Brandi, thank you for the review. We loved hosting you in our Cozy Pines condo. I think i've shared this with you before but our favorite month on the mountain is Oct. The air is crisp, the water is still warm, the eagles start arriving, the rates are low and so is the population. You can have this whole lake to yourselves. it's magical. Thanks again, S

Steven, thank you so much for this great review. We love repeat guests. And, if you have never been here in the fall i highly recommend coming in Oct. It is my favorite month here. The air is crisp, the water is still warm enough to swim in, the lake is deserted and the rates are rock bottom. Call or text anytime....i am always here, Sami G

Week leading up to 7/4/25

My friend & I accomplished what we came for which was 4 days of relaxation! My first time in this condo & I hope it won't be the last. It was a great location with very few steps off the parking lot. Even down to the placement of the furniture for TV/movie viewing with the delicious snacks! Great time!

The BEST Birthday Weekend

I LOVE Mountain Harbor, but haven't been here for years. I took my husband here for a surprise destination birthday weekend. It was perfect! The condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Sami was so helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond any expectations I had for a property host! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. <3

Staci, you all were so much fun to host. And, since you are practically a legacy in Mt Harbor it made hosting you two that much more enjoyable. We hope you will return. ATV riding on legal trails in the national forest is one of our favorite winter past times. If you have access to any please come back. It is truly an adventure. Thank you for being perfect guests, Sami G

One of the Best

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised and in many cases better . Kitchen in particular is so thoughtfully and well stocked . Beds are very comfortable with wonderful linens . Towels are plush & plentiful . Back deck is a meditative dream . Looks out into a calm forest . Heard only wind in the trees and birds (well a little Pickleball on the nearby court but not at all unpleasant. )Sami is the consummate host . Stay here and be happy

Fantastic Family Vacation

This was a great location. Next to the lake, close to mines and still just a short drive to Hot Springs to enjoying the activities there. Condo had absolutely everything needed to make it feel like a home. My husband loved the choice to grill on either charcoal or gas. A somewhat remote and quiet area but delivery from Instacart was available. We loved the deer that visited every morning. Fantastic vacation for the adults and late teens alike. Thanks Sami Grace for being a wonderful host! Thanks also for the yummy treats you had waiting for us!

My favorite time of year here is Oct. The water is warm enough to swim, the resort is quiet and the weather is perfect. We appreciate you being the perfect guest. Thank you again and y'all are always welcome. Sami

Definitely a cozy and peaceful cabin nestled in the trees!

My husband and I found tranquility and homey-ness with in the trees of Lake Ouachita. Our stay in the cabin/condo was totally delightful and lovely. We had truly the most gracious host Sami who communicated easily with us prior to our arrival…we were welcomed into the home with signs that our stay was warmly intentionally planned… there were delicious treats prepared by our host….a basket of all sorts of treats and items that made us feel greeted as royalty! The cabin itself was clean and filled with the necessary essentials needed for our stay. It was quiet, serene, relaxing…just perfect for us! As a side note and I say this to prove the gracious sincerity of our hosts…we did have a couple minor issues with the door and the WiFi but Sami and Joe were immediately there to assist and solve both! We felt like genuine and heartfelt southern hospitality offered here!! A resounding YES… we would absolutely stay here again!!

Trish, it was such a pleasure to host you and Wyatt. We hope you will come back to fish our gorgeous lake in the future. I'll buy the dinner if you catch the fish....that offer will always stand. I'm so glad you had a wonderful time here. I can only do this job because of ppl like you two. Thank you for being wonderful and i hope you will return. Maybe we can plan a buggy ride in the national forest on our ATVs. I know you would have a blast. Thank you again for being stellar guests. Sami

Mt Harbor Resort was my home away from home for decades. I moved to my lake place in 2000 and haven't looked back. Come experience this pristine water, air and forest. Bring boats & buggies (ATV's) to start making your memories.
I live a mile away. I will gladly take you on a lake tour if you buy the gas and time permits. I love showing our guests the lake and how easy it is to maneuver once you get your bearings. It is almost 50,000 acres with 1000 miles of shoreline (water level predicts area) along with 200 islands. It is a blast to rent a boat if you don't bring your own and pull up on an island to spend the day. Sami can suggest the locals favorite islands. And, loan you some camping chairs.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

There are 188 condos in Harbor East. Few are rentals. Out of the 1000 miles of shoreline on Lake Ouachita these condos are the only privately developed homes. There are no private homes or private docks on our lake. Boats are kept in resorts that have docks and marinas. Lake Ouachita is very special because of this. Our water is clean and we have over 200 islands to pull up on and spend the day. Come join us. We love hosting folks that get to know our lake as we do.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish condo. It is very close to the pool, spa, lake and pickle ball courts. Bring your boat or ATV....or both. Fabulous boats to rent from our marina. We offer gas and charcoal grills for your preference.
Our condo is in Phase I at Harbor East in Mt Harbor Resort. It is 1128 sf of luxury living. It offers everything you will need for your vacation. If we don't have it in the condo just text or call Sami and she will delivery what ever it is you need. There is a free washer and dryer in this unit. Also, our Cozy Pines condo has 2 free parking places
