We had a very comfortable stay at Gannet Cottage. The beds were great, the showers were good. The kitchen was well equipped and the property was super convenient to visit the sea, the Seven Sisters and the town. The number 12 coastal bus is excellent for visiting Brighton and Eastbourne without the worry of parking.

Really great place to stay. Deceptively larger than it looks from outside! Very clean and tidy cottage with all equipment/amenities you could need.Easy self check-in.Super location and easy to get around the area on buses - we didn't use the car all week. Great pub close by (Old Boot Inn) and wonderful tea room just round the corner in Church Street.

We were very happy with our stay. It was perfectly located to downtown with an easy walk to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and transportation. It was extremely well stocked, particularly the kitchen, which had every type of utensil and glassware, etc. It was quiet and otherwise, without any significant issues that needed to be addressed. It was charming. There were two bathrooms, which was convenient. Though the rooms were individually somewhat small there were many different rooms and the overall feel was that the property was like a live-in apartment. Would definitely consider booking again if we return to that area.

The cottage is very well set up. The main bedroom is extremely comfortable, the ensuite and main bathroom with deep bath add to the ambiance. Sitting and dining areas are great, there is a full size oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The artwork and furnishings make the cottage feel like a home and not a rental. I thoroughly recommend the cottage as a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in the centre of Seaford.

Cosy short stay

The house is lovely, cosy and clean and well-presented, and full of many glass and ceramic objets. The hosts were really responsive throughout our brief stay, which we arranged at very short notice.
