Nature escape at a modern house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is newly renovated (May 2023)! It is located in the heart of a beautiful village, 10 car min away from Spreewald and the city of Lubbenau. There is forest, bike paths, lakes - all minutes away. The house has 1 bedroom & living room/ 1 bathroom / fully equipped kitchen. It has a large terrace with a wonderful view of the big beautiful garden. Garden and grilling area have shared access.
The space
The house is 70 sq.m. It is located on the larger territory - an old well renovated farmhouse. The hosts of the house live on the same ground in the main house, so they will be mostly available to answer any questions, help with a check-in and check-out.

The house has all the amenities: wifi, fully equipped kitchen, kids things upon request.

5 min away from the house there is a beautiful forest walk/bike.

There is a tramplin for the kids to jump on, a swing, and a larger territory to enjoy.

The house is heated with renewable energy sources.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a large garden territory of the farm, including its grilling area and fireplace.

There is also access to a bike workshop upon request.
Other things to note
Upon an extra fee: a breakfast/dinner can be arranged, like a proper B&B experience.

Great stay. Nice accomodation

It was a very friendly welcome. The holiday apartment is well equipped. We felt good. It is a little further out of city, but pleasantly quiet. Children can play in the garden . There is a trampolin and a swing. Within walking distance there is a little playground. It was a good base for excursions. We would like to come again.

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir hatten schöne Tage, auch da im Umkreis viel zu unternehmen ist.

Kurze Auszeit

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Dorf nahe dem Touristenort Lübbenau. In dem Dorf ist es sehr ruhig und viel Natur drumherum. Die Ferienwohnung war für 3 Personen gut geeignet und hatte alles was man braucht. (Spülmaschine, Bücher, Spiele, einen Grill usw.) In der Ferienwohnung war es sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben uns super empfangen. Das Grundstück auf dem die Ferienwohnung ist, hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit dort zum Erholen nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Viel Platz für 2 Personen

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und das Mobiliar der Unterkunft ziemlich neu und modern. Die Lage war ruhig und das Auto konnte innerhalb des Hofes mit Tor abgestellt werden. Uns hat es gut gefallen! Was noch gefehlt hat, war ein größerer Sonnenschirm zum Frühstücken im Freien auf der Terrasse!

Nice Urban Place

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof mitten in der Natur. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auf dem Gelände können die Kinder Spielsachen wie Trampolin und Schaukel benutzen. Ein Gasgrill ist ebenfalls vorhanden, wenn man Lust aufs Grillen verspürt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir als Familie kommen sehr gerne wieder!
