A 5 minute taxi ride or a 25 minutes’ walk (uphill), brings you into the centre of Kalkan. For guests using a vehicle there is ample parking space in the shady terrace area at lower ground floor level under the pool terrace.

This villa also has an internal lift which is for luggage and anyone with mobility problems. NB. The owners stipulate that given the electricity outages/fluctuations across Kalkan, the stairs should be used for most occasions.

Sliding glass doors open up to the heated swimming pool terrace and alfresco dining area, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. (Extra charge applies for pool heating). Villa Parigul is set in a stunning location and is designed to take full advantage of the available panoramic sea views. The unusual L-shaped infinity pool wraps itself around two sides of the villa and is 2.6m wide, 9m long and 1.6 deep. At one end there is a seating area within the pool where guests can enjoy a hydro-massage and at the other is a shallow area where children could play under adult supervision.
