Regarding the clothesline, as soon as you informed us that one was unavailable, we provided you with a new one. The previous one had been damaged by guests who stayed before your arrival and had not yet been replaced. Regarding the sun loungers, we would like to clarify that the available ones are located in the communal pool area. On the apartment terrace, as shown in the listing photos, there are two sun loungers and a small dining area for breakfast. We also appreciate your comments about the glassware. Following your stay, we have already replaced the glasses and stemware for future guests. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have been happy to replace them immediately. As for the welcome amenities, we provide a basic kit for guests upon arrival, designed to cover initial needs, although it is not intended to cover the entire duration of your stay. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
