Apartment mit Standardausstattung, etwas zu teuer, keine Kaffeemaschine. Das Problem waren sehr schlechte Matratzen, entweder sehr hart oder sehr weiche und schlechte Ikea Matratze auf dem Masterbett. Eigentümer habe informiert, keine Hilfe bekommen. Habe schlecht geschlafen und Bandscheibenprobleme bekommen.

Yes host was very helpfull and always responded in a timely manor. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance but dennis the host did inform us about this a couple of weeks before our stay and was not to much of an inconvenience

Everything was very good and as described. We put the 2 single together to make a superking which was extremely comfortable. We didn't use, but i can imagine the air-conditioning is very useful. Only negative point, could do with more shade on either one of the 2 balconies. Apart from that we had a lovely time.Didn't use the pool, it was closed for maintenance, but Denis had warned us , giving us the chance to cancel if we wished.

Die Wohnung war wie gewohnt geräumig, sauber, alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns auch über die neuen Möbel auf der Wohnzimmerterrasse gefreut. Dass der Pool defekt, darüber wurden wir bei unserer Buchungsanfrage vom Vermieter informiert. Uns war die Lage und die Wohnung aber wichtiger. Im Nachhinein wäre aber der Pool zum Relaxen nach unseren Wanderungen doch sehr angenehm gewesen und ich hoffe für weitere Urlauber, dass er möglichst bald repariert wird.

Was informed 2 weeks before arriving the pool was undergoing maintenance with no estimate when it would be completeThe purpose of selecting the accommodation was the pool, which caused us to move to alternate accommodation The host refused to refund and given we were past the VRBO cancellation policy we are out of pocket having paid for 2 different places

We had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was superb, it had everything we needed and more. We loved the area and the supermarket was less than 10 mins away. We will definitely be back later in the year. Thank you again Denis

1st time in Lanzarote

Well located apartment block. Our unit well located on a corner so good privacy. Lovely pool area, although not many beds. Some info about recycling, rubbish disposal not clear . Did ask for clarity from property manager but no response.

Relaxing stay in a spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed having two balconies and the water filter was a bonus.

Die Wohnung liegt schön eingebettet in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex. Von hier aus ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang in die Innenstadt. Der Sparmarkt ist auch um die Ecke.

Great apartment

Was exactly as described. We had access to the pool, (which was right next to the apartment), there is a Spar just a 10min walk down the road, and the promenade (longest in the world) is probably a 20min walk, past some great restaurants. The living area was a great size with an outdoor terrace area. The bedrooms both had air con, and there was a utility room with washing machine. Kitchen had a “drinking water tap” which meant no need to buy bottled water, and the fridge freezer meant we could keep a stock of ice cubes. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Many thanks Denis for letting us stay.

Magnífica estancia en Lanzarote

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene dos terrazas y un amplio salón. Las habitaciones están bien, equipadas con Aire Acondicionado. También hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona de la piscina. Todo un detalle el recibimiento con botella de vino, café, leche, zumo y galletas para el desayuno.

Two great weeks

The apartment was as expected from the details and pictures in the booking process. The check-in was easy and good. We faced a minor issue with the washing machine but the communication was very quick and the problem solved ad hoc. I can recommend this Apartment from Denis.

Great break!

A week in paradise, especially after months of rain in England! A beautiful modern apartment, with everything to make our stay comfortable and lovely little welcoming touches like milk and a bottle of wine. Breakfast and lunch on the terrace added to the holiday feel. A lovely pool in the complex and a few beaches to choose from kept us sufficiently active. The nearby Spar shop had everything we needed and was open until 10 pm. Dinner at lovely restaurants - all within easy walking distance was something else to look forward to every night: a lot of variety, good quality food and excellent service. We had a hire car for the duration of our stay, but 40Euros was all it took to see pretty much all the attractions! So, a great break worth repeating again and again!

Good stay in Costa Teguise

We enjoyed staying in this spacious , well equipped apartment and particularly appreciated the sheltered terraces. The filtered water system was a bonus.

Exceeded expectations

The property was actually larger than we expected. Really well-equipped. Outdoor terraces are a good size - plenty of room to sunbathe, dine and bbq. One terrace is south-facing (off the bedroom) the other is west-facing (off the living room) The pool was nearly always quiet or vacant so could be enjoyed alone quietly. It’s cold, but nice and refreshing. The location is great. Some nice restaurants nearby. Our favourite was certainly Taberna El Bocadito. Try the steak! Plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby. Main “strip” is only a 15 min walk and beaches are 10 minute walk Fairly priced. Lovely winter stay overall. Highly recommended

Excellent Apartment

Very spacious apartment with air conditioning and filtered water. The pool area was excellent and although small it was possible to do laps in the pool . The only downside was the location on a ridge above Palmeras, which, for elderly people, made trekking home a bit of a chore.

Super apartment

Overall an excellent apartment in a very good location, close to beach, town, supermarkets and restaurants. Apartment bright, spacious and airy. Two sunny balconies and sheltered from the wind. Information, check in process and contact with Denis and Angela excellent. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Lovely, peaceful, and well appointed apartment

This is a lovely complex, far enough from the beach to be quiet, close enough to be a pleasant stroll. There’s a supermarket 5m walk that has everything you need for day to day food and drink. Opposite there is a great pizza restaurant, La Otra, and just a little further along the road is Mar Azul, which is highly recommended if you enjoy seafood. The apartment itself is faultless and immaculate. Clean, very well appointed, and the terrace gets the sun all afternoon. The pool area is quiet and catches a lovely breeze throughout the day. Instructions for getting to and in to the apartment were clear and simple. We’ll be going back, looking at dates now.

Autumn break

Good location. Balcony had sun from lunchtime until sunset which really suited us. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable. Good tv package. Angie was very quick to respond to a couple of minor issues we had. Not a negative but if your a light sleeper road noise might be of a concern but complex itself very quiet. Overall a good stay.

Denis’ apartment stay

Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable furniture and beds. Apartment was ground floor and had two patio areas for sunbathing/ eating outside. Number of sun beds available. Although in a communal area it was very quiet and undisturbed. Close to shops and bars/ restaurants. Own parking place was good to have.
