Apartment ideally located, one step away from the beach, in the heart of the town and one minute from the train station.The apartment has two bedrooms, a capacity for a maximum of 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small terrace where you can have lunch in peace.Full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.In addition, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible, with a split air conditioning unit in the living room.Apartment without pool.The location can't be beat. It is located in the center of town, surrounded by all kinds of establishments: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants with different types of gastronomy...The train station is a 1-minute walk away, where you can take daily trains or buses to different parts of the coast, Barcelona, Girona and their respective airports.* There is no problem to park in the surroundings, paid street parking. Free parking on the beach, open-air and very close (60 m).The building where the apartment is located has an elevator.It is an ideal place to spend wonderful days with the family or have a romantic stay with your partner.



The neighborhood:



Pineda de Mar is a very quiet and familiar town with good bars and restaurants, as well as parks for children, public squares, with spectacular beaches, a town where you can still breathe the air of a genuine coastal town, next to the sea, where there has never been arrived the mass tourism from other places.

We also really like the promenade, during the day it is ideal for walking and doing sports, at night with several restaurants and quiet pubs, on the seashore.

The beaches are large and with large stretches of sand to be very comfortable.

How to move:

The apartment is perfectly connected by bus, train and by road or highway.The train station is about 50 meters away.With trains to Barcelona, Girona and the airport (with a stopover), every 30 minutes.Access from the C32 Maresme motorway, exit Pineda de Mar 1 km; Barcelona airport 75 km and Girona 35 km.

Extra Services:

- Tourist Tax (mandatory before entering): €0.99 per person per day with a maximum of 7 days and not applicable to children under 16 years of age.- Pets €6 per night.

House's rules:

- Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.

- Do not be too noisy in order to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., since it is totally forbidden to speak in a loud tone, make noise, music or TV with high volume.

- It is forbidden for someone who is not on the reservation to sleep or use the apartment.

- Parties are totally prohibited.

- Pets are allowed but they must be well educated and cannot be left home alone under any circumstances. They have to be quiet and not noisy (see additional cost).

- If you lose the keys: €50.

- Before departure you must throw the garbage into the container, leave the dishes washed and keep the house tidy.

- Do not leave candles or any other type of object that could cause a fire in the house.

- The towels that are provided for the shower are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged from the deposit: €5/small and €10/large.

The apartment will be rented entirely for you and is not shared with other people.

In the case of checking in outside the hours set for the delivery of the keys to your holiday home, we offer you the following options:

SELF CHECK-IN:

Arrival out of hours and delivery of keys in a mailbox with code.

The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit, if any, and the information of all the guests.

Included services:- Service of sheets, towels and beach towels included in the price.

- Electricity, water and gas consumption included, with responsible consumption.



CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY:

For stays of more than 3 weeks consult prices (special offers).Keep in mind that we charge expenses separately (water, electricity, gas...).

Each month we will provide you with the consumption invoices and you must pay them.

The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
