Located just a stones throw away from the beautiful sandy beach, Praia de Quarteira, this stunning luxury apartment is on the 7th floor of a newly built development, offering a high view of the ocean on one side and the beautiful algarve mountains on the other. This apartment is 20 minutes from Faro Airport, comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and is newly furnished to a very high standard, offering a clean, comfortable, blue ocean vibe. It has all necessary amenities including an elevator, two allocated free parking spaces in a locked garage with free electric charger port and a large pool area with shower, toilets/changing rooms and sun loungers, which is only accessible to the people within the apartments (you will receive a key fob for the garage and pool area upon check in).

The master suite has a large king size bed, smart TV, AC and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, smart TV, AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and AC. The sofa can also be pulled out into a bed that sleeps two people with large smart TV and AC. There is an additional bathroom with shower outside the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine/dryer. All cookware, crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses are provided. Next to the kitchen is the dining area which has a large wooden table that can be extended to seat 8 people, this leads to the living area with a large sofa, top of the range 4K smart TV and AC. The lounge has floor to ceiling glass doors surrounding it which welcome in lots of glorious sunlight. On the ocean side of the lounge, the doors slide all the way open to include the private terrace area which looks out onto the beach and ocean, here there is also a large dining table which seats 8 people. Also included is high speed fibre internet and WIFI throughout, iron and ironing board, hangers in all wardrobes, towels and bedding, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher & blanket, hoover, mop, broom, and satellite TV in English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.

Located in the heart of Quarteira you will have walking access to a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, ice cream parlours, bike/scooter rentals, currency exchanges and places to book a wide range of excursions, all along the seafront. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Praia de Quarteira is just a two minute walk away, where you can relax, soak up the glorious algarve sun and swim in the warm clear blue ocean; or take part in a range of water- sports if you are feeling more adventurous! The beach is almost 2km in length so there is plenty of space for everyone and beside it is the beautiful Praia do Forte Novo. If you wish to venture a little further, you can walk just 2.6km along the ocean front to Vilamoura Marina; whether you want luxurious restaurants, fun for all the family in the arcades, amazing yacht trips to see dolphins and caves or you are just looking for the great nightlife - there is something here for everyone! There are also lots of lovely walks nearby, including the amazing red cliffs of Praia da Falésia, famous for its distinctive orange clay cliffs on which you can walk all the way to Albufeira. There is also a huge Aquashow water park only 10 minutes away. For the golf lovers, you have a huge range of golf courses in close proximity to the apartment, including Quinta do Lago Golf Resort - one of the most exclusive golf complexes in Europe, with three premium quality courses - which is less than 15 minutes drive away. Then after your fun filled day you can relax and unwind in this comfortable home whilst watching the beautiful burnt orange sunset from the terrace.
