Rob was very inviting and nice. We really enjoyed the spot we were in the balcony towards the ocean and the pool is so close at hand, beautiful scenery.

condo was nasty and it was out of date not enough plugs and a lot of them did not work bathroom smelled like sewage when u flushed comodo bathroom needed painting and a lot of work on it

Plantation 2204

This condo has an amazing view. You can see the ocean and the pool. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It's nice having a wooden walkway to the ocean. The resturant Sassy Bass next door is good and convenient. The laundry area is right outside your door. We would most definitely stay at this condo again. It was one of my favorite vacations.

Feels like home.

Location was great. Quiet area away from a ton of ppl. Everyone one was friendly multiple pools for use.Really enjoyed the sassy bass on site. Bed was comfy. We will be back. Thanks again Rob*****

Although it rained for for most of our stay, the location, facility and staff were awesome! We will be back! Rob was the best!

Great view of the beach

The best part of this condo is the view and location. From the balcony you're looking straight at the beach and pool below. You won't get a much better view than this condo. It was pretty clean, no bugs, everything we used worked as it should. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable. The owner was nice and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo could use some TLC. Most all the problems we saw were just cosmetic, nothing to ruin your trip, like cracked drywall and cracks they attempted to fix but didn't do a very good job. The finish on the cabinets is bubbling up. It is an older condo that could use a remodel. We did notice the door between the living room and sleeping area doesn't close. The top of it hangs up on the door frame. If you're looking for a condo with a great view and comfortable at a good price, then this one is for you, but if you're the type of person that wants everything to be perfect, then you should probably look somewhere else. For me, the cosmetic flaws don't outweigh the great view and I would stay there again.

We had a great time. The views from the condo are great. We saw dolphins from the shore line one day. We didn't use the indoor facilities, the outdoor pool area was great.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

This is just a great place to stay. My wife and I enjoyed an extended weekend at this property and we are already looking forward to returning. The location is amazing - so convenient to the pools and the boardwalk to the beach. The view is incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves when we weren't on the beach. Rob, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here on our next Fort Morgan vacation.
