BERNY's countryside retreat - 4 bike lovers

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, located in the countryside but very close to the lake.

The apartment is located in our family Villa, located on the ground floor and with a large porch with table and sofas for relaxing.

The house has a garden of approximately 2,000m2, which you can use to play, relax or sunbathe.

From here you can set off on exciting bike rides, walks in the woods, or car tours to discover Lake Garda

The apartment consists of a kitchen, a large living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large bathtub, which can also be used as a shower.

It is very bright, but also allows privacy when you want to stay quiet inside. We have mosquito nets and curtains on all windows, fast wifi, a brand new air conditioning in the sleeping area. Washing machine available.

You can park one car inside and others outside, all free of charge.

For those who have expensive bicycles, they can be stored safely in the garage, equipped with an alarm.

We will be present, discreetly, as we live in the apartment on the first floor.

Our house is located in a small neighborhood of villas, in the middle of the countryside. There is only one road in front, not very busy.

The car is essential for getting around

We have Willy and Rey, two nice and playful German shepherds, who are 100% good and reliable even with children (we have a 4 year old who has been with them forever). They will be kept in a large enclosure away from home during your stay, but we want you to be aware of this.

A damage deposit of €300 will be required via credit card (pre-approval ONLY, no charge).

We will welcome you in person, so please inform us about your arrival time in advance.

Guests are asked to close windows and doors in their absence, to prevent damage from rain or wind and for everyone's safety.
