Babilos 8 (Moraira) is a modern Mediterranean villa with a pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. Its elegant decor will amaze you. Its incredible location makes it unique, just 50 meters from the beach, numerous restaurants, and everything you need, including a bakery, pharmacy, and more. Your pet is welcome (€50 extra cleaning fee).

Distribution:
Balilos 8 is a brand new villa built in the year 2022 distributed over 2 floors. The whole house is air-conditioned and has individual splits in each room.

On the main floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. It has large windows with sea views and access to a large terrace in front of the swimming pool.
On the same floor there are two large bedrooms with insuite bathrooms.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with insuite bathrooms.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and air-conditioned.

The exterior of the property has a swimming pool with sunbeds, a unique terrace with a big table and a barbeque area.

Insuperable

Esta casa es una joya. Además, Almarina hace un excelente trabajo de gestión y mantenimiento de la casa. La ubicación es difícil de mejorar. La distribución es muy buena y muy cómoda. Cocina con todos los útiles necesarios. Almarina responde inmediatamente ante cualquier duda, pregunta o necesidad habida. Es la segunda vez este año que venimos y habrá más visitas en el futuro cercano. Encantados con la casa y con Almarina. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena por lo bien que lo hacéis todo! Ha sido un auténtico placer, otra vez, pasar unos días en Balilos 8, y en Moraira!

Beautiful house and area

Fantastic nice house. Well equipped kitchen. Good beds, nice bathrooms. Great outdoor area with a view of the sea. Short distance to beaches, good restaurants, shops and supermarket. Quiet area. We were 8 adult couples for a week, would happily rent again. Thank you very much ????

An incredible villa in an idyllic location

The villa was pure luxury with everything you could possibly need. The aircon was a bonus in the summer heat and was in all bedrooms and living space. The pool was fabulous, not huge but also not too deep so perfect to cool off in and also play some games in. The views were absolutely incredible and many hours were enjoyed say on the patio watching out over the sea. The restaurant Chamizo was less than one minute walk from the villa down a very handy back path and was superb. Just make sure you book as it is popular.It is a flat walk into the main town and can be done in under 10 minutes. There is everything you could need there. There is a small beach 1-2 minute walk from the villa which you can see from the garden and the main beach is less than 10 minutes away.Overall, a luxurious villa with everything you could need in an ideal location. I almost don't want to tell anyone about it or everyone will go and I'll never get to rebook!

Exceeded our expectations in every way possible

This house is even more beautiful in person. This has been a 5☆ stay and experience. The house is very comfortable. Beautiful design. Amazing views and unbeatable location. Almarina has also been very kind and professional from start to finish. I could not be happier and we will definitely be back.

Espectacular!

La villa es de ensueño, tal cual aparece en las fotos. Tiene todas las comodidades, decorada de forma exquisita y muy limpia. Dispone de varias zonas para desconectar, con la playa a 50mts y varios restaurantes con terrazas en los alrededores. La atención de Jaime de sobresaliente!
