The accommodation has a 3-star rating, and a private swimming pool is available free of charge, shared with the owners and the second accommodation. The swimming pool is covered and heated from 1 May to the end of September, at a temperature of around 28°C. A spa or sauna is also available at an additional cost.
The area is quiet, on the edge of a wood and the Bauges nature reserve.

The flat has one parking space.
The grounds are completely enclosed and planted with trees. One parking space per flat in the grounds. A 4x12m swimming pool heated from May to the end of September, covered in bad weather and fenced for the safety of children is available free of charge. Children's games, a petanque court and a ping-pong table are available for your outdoor leisure activities. A sauna and a jacuzzi can be booked on site with an extra charge. Shops, doctors, pharmacy are located in the centre of Doussard at 2 km.
