Villa in Cochem with Garden and Parking

These detached villas, which were renovated in 2017, are located on Ferienresort Cochem. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.

You will have a living room and an open-plan kitchen with various appliances at your disposal. There is one bedroom with two single beds (set up as a double bed) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two single beds each which can also be put together to make a double bed. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. All beds are box-spring beds. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.

There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.

2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
