In 2019, this fully restyled semi-detached villa on Ferienresort Cochem was added to the program. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV. There is also an open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (whether or not in a double arrangement). There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. One of the bathrooms features a toilet. A stair gate upstairs, a high chair and a camp bed make this holiday home a child-friendly house. Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home. At Cochem Holiday Resort, there are several holiday homes for rent for four to a maximum of fourteen people. Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed. 2026: The swimming pool is closed from 12.01 to 18.01.2026 due to renovation work. 2027: The swimming pool is closed from 11.01 to 17.01.2027 due to renovation work.
