In the heart of Skagen city, this well-appointed cottage is only about 900 meters from the center and the pedestrian street and a few minutes drive to Skagen Sønderstrand and Grenen, where the many sights and not least the unique nature can be experienced. The cottage has a good decor with a nice well-equipped kitchen / living room, nice large, bright living room with good furniture and TV with international channels. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace, where you can have fun and cook good food on the grill. Large entrance hall, spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and four good rooms with closet space. The washing machine is located in the shed. The plot is fenced so that the children can not slip out on the road. There are good parking conditions, with space for two cars in the driveway.
