Holiday cottage located at the southern end of Nissum Fjord close to both the North Sea and the fjord. Bathroom with underfloor heating and 2-persons whirlpool, washer and dryer. The kitchen has i.a. dish washer. Living room with i.a. DVD player. Bright, quality furnishings. Access to common football court and petanque court.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten uns auf eine entspannte Woche im Ferienhaus gefreut – leider wurde daraus nichts.Das Dach war undicht; das war vor allem spannend als es zu regnen begann. Laut Gästebuch besteht dieses Problem schon seit mindestens 1,5 Monaten, ohne dass etwas unternommen wurde. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir aufgestellte Eimer unter den problematischen Stellen. Dies hatte unsere Freude schon zu Anfang erheblich geschmälert. Zusätzlich war das Haus bei Ankunft unsauber: staubige Flächen, Spinnen und Spinnweben in allen Räumen (und da sprechen wir nicht von ein bis zwei, es war das reinste Paradies), der Eingangsbereich und die Terrasse waren verwildert und die Einrichtung teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Mitarbeiter kam zwar vorbei, konnte aber ebenfalls keine Lösung anbieten – was für uns im laufenden Urlaub auch keine Hilfe mehr war. Fazit: Dieses Ferienhaus ist in seinem jetzigen Zustand absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Schade um unsere Zeit und unseren Urlaub.
