Well-located terraced house with panoramic views of the North Sea only approx. 200 meters from the house. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. Among other things, billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football and outdoor darts, etc. The house is practically furnished with open kitchen / living room. The living room has modern furniture and 50 & quot; flat screen TV with international TV channels (including Danish, German, Swedish, Norwegian + sports), DVD player, radio and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. There is an open terrace with good garden furniture and gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the area. The area has its own playground. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
