The one-bedroom flat Rosa is on the ground floor and has a terrace with outdoor dining area, as well as a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning. There is a high quality double sofa bed and another double wardrobe bed. The bed can be folded up or down if required. Both sleeping accommodations are of high quality and comfortable. The flat offers a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, a washing machine, as well as a dining area inside. The flat is designed for a maximum of 4 people.
