Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This modern and bright villa, completely renovated in 2022, offers an exclusive holiday experience just 30 minutes from the historic centre of Málaga and 20 minutes from the airport. Located right in front of Playa Bonita, it provides quick access to the beach, public transport, restaurants and supermarkets, combining privacy and comfort in a privileged location.
Luxury villa facing the sea with private pool and panoramic views
With capacity for 8 people, the villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ideal for groups or families looking for space and comfort. On the ground floor you will find a large lobby with high ceiling, living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining room for eight people, state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen and a private office. Two covered terraces allow you to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails at sunset, while contemplating the impressive views of the sea, pool and garden.
The first floor houses the main suite and a guest suite, both with access to a spacious terrace with an awning, perfect for intimate gatherings and admiring panoramic views of the sea and the city of Fuengirola.
The private garden has a large swimming pool (closed from December 1st to May 15th), eight sun loungers and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Access to the villa is comfortable and safe, with an automatic gate and private parking for up to three cars. In addition, the property has an electric car charger that works automatically from 1 to 6 a.m., at no additional cost to guests.
The villa is equipped with all modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: air conditioning and heat pump heating, six fans, two televisions with over 100 channels and streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon and HBO, high-quality music system, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and complete kitchen utensils, including coffee maker, juicer and toaster.
For families, the villa offers a cot and high chair upon request, as well as beach towels, umbrellas and chairs to enjoy the sea without worries.
Security is a priority, with outdoor cameras and an indoor camera that turns off during the stay (except for the doorbell camera, which the guest can deactivate). A key fob is provided for the indoor alarm system, and smoking is prohibited inside the property to keep it immaculate.
The location is unbeatable: less than two minutes walking from Playa Bonita, with access to bus stops and Torremuelle train station within a 10-minute walk. The famous Torrequebrada golf course is just five minutes by car, while attractions such as Selwo Marina, natural parks and urban centres like Benalmádena, Fuengirola and Marbella are just a few kilometres away, making it easy to plan activities for the whole family.
