From here, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The kitchen has all modern appliances such as an oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher, as well as all necessary equipment such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen, there is access to the utility room, which has a washing machine, cleaning supplies, and an iron.

The living room has a large curved sofa and an armchair, Smart TV, DVD player, and high-speed fibre optic internet, a dining table and six chairs, and doors leading to a terrace that is half-covered with patio sofas and a drinks refrigerator, and half-covered with sun loungers and an awning.
