Step into the villa and be greeted by an inviting open living and dining area. There’s a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table and airconditioning.



Adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen that caters to all your culinary needs. It boasts modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 3-pit electric cooker, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and Senseo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender, and dishwasher.



On this level, there is also a charming bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. There’s a separate bathroom with shower.



Go downstairs via the elevator, or via the external staircase, and find the second spacious bedroom, with double bed and stunning sea views. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as two small private balconies. Ascend a few steps to find the third bedroom, furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. Connected to this room is the fourth bedroom with one single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.



The fifth bedroom is in the charming studio outside the main villa (several steps involved). There’s a double bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.



Outside, a sunny and expansive terrace awaits you, where you can bask in the Mediterranean sun and take in the breathtaking views. Take a dip in the inviting 8×4 private pool or watch your little ones splash around in the adjacent kids’ pool (2.5 x 2.5). The outdoor kitchen has a gas BBQ, fridge, dishwasher, and hob. 5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
