Apartment in Empuriabrava with capacity for up to 4 people, perfect for enjoying a getaway to the Costa Brava. This cosy accommodation combines comfort and brightness, offering spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the marina.





Located in a privileged area, just 150 metres from Empuriabrava Beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants and services. The location is ideal for exploring the famous Empuriabrava canals and enjoying coastal life. Additionally, you have easy access to Aiguamolls National Park 1 km away, Aqua Brava Roses 6 km away and Peralada Golf 18 km away.





The apartment features 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (one double bed and a sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower and a functional and practical layout. The space is very bright and comfortable, perfect for couples or small families.





The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary for cooking. It includes crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.





Enjoy a private terrace of 5 m² with panoramic views of the harbour and an additional balcony. The apartment features air conditioning, heat pump heating, WiFi, television with channels in Spanish, English, German and French, and an iron.





One pet is allowed and groups of young people are welcome. Public parking is available near the building. An ideal place to experience Empuriabrava!

Great location

We have stayed in this cosy apartment three times now. It's in a great central location short walk to beech, shops and many restaurants. The apartment is very clean and has a fabulous balcony to sit and watch the boats come and go. Great view of the mountains in the backdrop.

Super location and beautiful view.

We had four days of cold water. Not lukewarm, but truly ice-cold water. Our 2-year-old daughter had to shower with ice-cold water in the morning. We reported this several times to the reception, but the woman at the front desk seems to think she’s more important than her guests. In short: if anything goes wrong at the accommodation, don’t expect quick service.

Eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit dem Blick auf den Hafen. Sehr zentral, wenn man Glück hat, findet man einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, Dusche ist neu und sauber, Bett ist noch nicht durchgelegen. Alles bestens, sehr gern wieder.
