The Flavia Tourist Accommodation is a newly renovated 70 m apartment in the center of Anzio, a 5-minute walk from the equipped beach, the suggestive Grotte di Nerone, the main square and the port, where you can find bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Excellent support for embarkations for Ponza and close to the railway station, it is 20 minutes from the Zoo Marine, the Cinecitta' World Playground and 40 minutes from the Circeo National Park.

The structure consists of two large balconies, living room with sofa bed, open space kitchen, a double bedroom, another bedroom with bunk beds, both with access to one of the two terraces and bathroom with shower. The second sea view terrace is accessible from the living room. Equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob and coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are included.
Free street parking in front of the apartment.

The whole structure is internally reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

- Always carry valid identity documents with you (even for children). For non-EU guests, the only valid identity document is the passport.
- The Host will communicate the data to the police station as required by current regulations.
- To comply with municipal resolutions, upon arrival, guests will pay the municipal tourist tax of 1 euro for each day of overnight stay (up to a maximum of 7 nights) directly to the Host. Children up to 12 years are exempt from paying.

Guests will be welcomed in person. In rare cases, he will be given a code to take the keys from a Keys Box.
