beach holiday near Rome

Spacious and nice house with enormous terrace in quiet neighbourhood, just minutes walking away from good beach. Helpful owner. No WIFI (as yet). Small supermarket, bar and restaurants also at walking distance.The area itself is unpretentious (no tourists!), nature reserve Tor Caldara is around the corner. Relaxing break after some exhausting days in Rome!

Heerlijk huis met enorm balkon

Onverwacht waren mijn man en ik verhinderd en zijn onze kinderen alleen naar Anzio gegaan. De eigenaar Fabien was zo aardig om onze kinderen op te vangen en heeft ze zelfs van het station opgehaald. Het verblijf is zeer goed bevallen. Het huis is prima in orde en het enorme balkon met buitendouche is geweldig. Het strand bevind zich praktisch voor de deur en ook Rome is eenvoudig bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Nogmaals hartelijk dank Fabien voor alles!

Che dire ... Tutto perfetto è dire poco

Soggiorno perfetto. La casa (con ingresso e parcheggio privato) ha tutte le comodità di cui si ha bisogno, la ventilazione ed i soffitti alti la rendono sempre fresca anche nelle ora più calde, il terrazzo (enorme e con BBQ) ha un vista meravigliosa sul Lido delle Sirene (raccomando i tramonti). La spiaggia è immediatamente raggiungibile, la zona è tranquilla e nei dintorni ci sono supermarket, tabacchi, bar etc etc. Dulcis in fundo, Fabien è estremamente gentile, sempre attento e disponibile a tutte le possibili esigenze che un ospite potrebbe avere. Se ci fosse una sesta stella la metterei :) 3 Settimane perfette. Complimenti Claudio Guerrona

L’ideale per staccare qualche giorno a Roma senza allontanarci troppo. Una bellissima casa con un terrazzo favoloso proprietari gentili e disponibili . Se potessi tornerei domani!!!

My home in Italy

2016 will be the third year that I and some friends pass one whole summer month in this house with the wonderful view - only a garden between us and the sea. The terrace is the perfect place to relax, read, sit and stare into the blue, eat (grilled fish!) and drink with family and friends. The beach is a few minutes away and the great Riserva Naturale di Tor Caldara (absolute must!) is nearby. The house is clean, airy and quiet, the kitchen functional, and the owners are very generous (enough dishes and pots, lots of linen, Internet!) and take good care. Shops for your daily needs are a few minutes away but it is also fun to go to Anzio for shopping. And don't forget Rome - and the Colli Albani for excursions. Arrivederci Anzio!

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

we had a beatiful vacation in this charming Villa surrounded by a private garden. the large terrace in front of the sea is just Amazing . We Always had morning breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. the beaches are just down the stairs and ideal for our three children . shops, bar and pizzerie are a few minutes walk. In Anzio there are many delightful restaurant the forniture inside are modern essential and confortable. twice we went to Rome by train ( one hour trip). I would highly reccomend this villa if you are looking for a totally relaxing vacation at the seaside.

Wonderful view

We was warmly welcomed and got good help from the owners on our two weeks vacation in Anzio. The view is fantastic and we had many great evenings on the terrace. The beach is a short walk from the house and the water is clear and the sand is fine. Nettuno is nearby and we ate at some nice restaurants in the old-town. The house is in a very nice area. Einmal und nie wieder

Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Katastrophe.Wir waren mit drei Pärchen da.Das Haus ist kalt (keine Heizung),feucht (Schimmel) und der Putz blättert.Die Betten sind schmuddelig ,stinken und sind durchgelegen. Das Mobiliar besteht aus Plastik,die Lampen sind defekt und verschimmelt.Die positiven Bewertungen sind eindeutig faces der Vermieter.Ich kann nur jeden dringend vor diesem Haus warnen......wir waren alle krank geworden. ...

Très belle location

Maison très agréable située sur le front de mer. La maison est spacieuse avec une literie de très bonne qualité, dans un quartier calme et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Une petite plage libre se trouve en bas de la maison. Il est facile de prendre le train pour visiter Rome (50 minutes) où un parking gratuit et facile d'accès se trouve devant la gare. Petit plus non précisé dans l'annonce: le ménage de départ est compris dans le pris de la location. Location à conseiller vivement!

My and brothers families ...

My and brothers families was there in July and enjoyed of the clean house and big balcony with fantastic view over Mediterranean sea. The house is very near to a long and beautiful coast and about 60 kilometer from Rom. We rent 2 cars from the airport and that helped us to visit Rom by car and by train in same time to be on Anzio for shopping and enjoying downtown in the evenings. The house owners was very helpful and friendly when they met us and we felt us very secure afterwards.Thanks Iskander

"We had a rest on the V...

"We had a rest on the Villa from 25.08.12 to 08.09.12. 5 adult and 3 children. Villa is situated in quiet and calm place and surrounded small houses. There is no big hotels and lot of tourist near. Villa not far from the airport in Rome, only 66 km, and very convenient to reach by car. The Villa is provided for a comfortable stay. We was very pleased friendly hosts who met us cordially, in the fridge were waiting for a cantaloupe and beverage that was very wholesome after the long flight. Christina had useful advises where to dinner, where to go, what to see, etc . momentary react if we have some trouble. At the Villa there is a patio, but they used not frequent because it is basically going on the large terrace where we can spend all free time when we not on the beach. Terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. Because vacationing with children, very pleased that the sea nearby and sandy beach (there are free, there are a number of paid with umbrellas and sun beds), shop and market in 7 minutes by walk. This region is traditional place for rest of Romans. In Anzio there is Nero villas ruin. Also coastline near Anzio is generally accepted as the most clean."

"Il punto di forza della casa è certamente la splendida terrazza. La casa è ben attrezzata, ampia ed ariosa. L''ambiente è tranquillo. La discesa a mare di fronte alla casa è piuttosto ripida, soprattutto con bambini piccoli risultano più comodi stabilimenti un poco più lontani (circa 500 m.)"
