Villa Sandlyckan - Family House Near the Ocean, 15 min From Gothenburg

(Minimum rental period of 6 days during summer 2024)<br><br>Come and stay in our lovely house in Kullavik! The house was built in 2018, and all the amenities are still in very good condition. <br><br>Kullavik is a family-friendly community located just south of Gothenburg. Its proximity to the sea makes it a popular summer destination, and many residents enjoy sailing and other water-related activities. From our house, it’s a 5–10-minute bike ride to the nearest beach, but there are also many other nice swimming spots nearby, both sandy and rocky. There is a bus stop right outside the house, and the express bus will take you downtown to Gothenburg in about 25 minutes. By car, you can reach “Linneplatsen” in 15 minutes. A local grocery store and several restaurants are a 7-minute walk away, but if you’re planning a nice night out, we recommend the restaurant “PIR,” located in the harbor. If you’d like to explore more of the province of Halland, the beautiful summer town of Varberg is just a 45-minute drive away.<br><br>The house:<br>First floor: Kitchen, dining area for 6–8 people, living room with a large sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Patio door leading to the garden.<br>Upper floor: 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, the “master bedroom,” with a 180 cm bed (king-size bed); bedrooms 2 and 3, “the kids’ rooms,” each with a queen-size bed (120 cm). Lots of toys! There’s also a family room with a sofa and TV. Bathroom with shower.<br>Garden: Large patio outside the house with a large Weber BBQ grill, a dining table for 6, and two sofas for relaxing. There is also a trampoline for the kids (and adults, of course!).<br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed.<br><br><br>
