A nice house for up to eight people in Björkekärr, one of Gothenburg's most popular residential areas. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, and a newly renovated bedroom and bathroom in the basement. Large living room with sofa, 75-inch TV and dining table. A second living room upstairs with sofa bed and 50-inch TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook a good dinner.

Beds: bedroom 1 (top floor): 160 cm, bedroom 2 (top floor): 120 cm, bedroom 3 (top floor): 90 cm, bedroom 4 (basement): 180 cm, sofa bed (top floor): 160 cm. None of the double beds can be divided into single beds.

Large terrace with both dining table and lounge chairs. Stairs with seating down to a large garden.

A few minutes walk away there is a 15-20 minute bus ride to central Gothenburg, and if you walk 15 minutes in the other direction you can reach the city centre by tram. Otherwise it takes 10-15 minutes to drive into central Gothenburg.

The bathing lake Härlanda Tjärn and the rest of the popular recreation area Skatås/Delsjön are just a few minutes away on foot. The proximity to it and to the most central parts of Gothenburg makes this a great place to both discover the city, relax on the terrace or be active in the nearby nice surroundings.

The house is our private home and is only rented out a few weeks a year.
